About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life, growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, and even the occasional chicken. About: I’ve helped my mom since I was 10 raise Yorkies. I’ve had had cats and dogs ever since. I currently raise Black and Tan Coonhounds for show and hunting competition. I have a true passion for all animals. Pet care is my life as it is my full time job. I have cats who are very happy. My father and I have a coonhound raising business that stems from my desire to dedicate time to all animals with love and care. I have a fenced in yard. I also have a sunroom that is specifically for the cats. It has cat towers and all the fun things cats enjoy. The dogs have can be in the house and enjoy long walks on my 40 acres.

About: hi! my name is jaylyn! I have always had dogs and one cat growing up so i am a huge animal lover. i got my first pet, a dog, when i was in middle school and have had pets every since. I have personally trained all of my dogs growing up, and i love animals almost more than people ;) i love animals very much and love a good cuddler! i really want to spread my love and joy of animals while taking care of others precious babies! i am very flexible and any service i am willing to tweak in whatever way works for both of us. life is crazy and times are hard..so i am very open to anything that might be needed! I currently work a full-time job but i do get days off which gives me time to take care of your babies. i am almost always free on weekends! i can crate your pet if that is needed, no yard but plenty of dogs parks to let them run around and roam which is fenced.

About: I've loved/cared for animals since I was born, but once I turned 16 I started house-sitting overnight as well as walking dogs for friends, family members, and neighbors. I currently have one dog, Ringo, who has special medications and allergy needs, so I am familiar with administering medication to animals if need be. My part-time freelance position gives me an abundance of time to help with your precious little fur babies and include them into my day to day schedule 💗 I care for pets specifically in their owner's home, whether that be specifically dropping in to take them out on walks, or keeping them company while their family is on vacation!

“My husband and I have 2 sweet baby girls! One of them has severe anxiety with other people and the other will be your BFF! ? We decided to go the beach last minute with my in-laws. This was the longest we have ever left them. From the first moment I communicated with Amanda, she was very detailed and put my mind at ease about leaving my babies. She came for drop-in visits and stayed over time caring for and loving on our dogs! She sent pictures and videos at every visit and ensured they had fresh water and food. She worked so hard to reach out anxious Remi girl and to my amazement, actually got her kind of close, and Remi wasn't even barking. ❤️ When we arrived home from our trip, Amanda had left a daily report detailing every visit and left a super sweet personalized note to us and the girls. The most special touch of all was the little basket of treats and toys she had on the counter! ??We will definitely use book with her again! Your babies will be in great care of you decide to book with her as well!”

About: I have taken care of animals of all shapes and sizes for 20+ years. I was also a groomer for 5 years and vet assistant. I'm quite comfortable with senior and puppy care,, giving medication and cleaning up any messes. I also have training experience with all variety, from basic commands to leash walking. Currently self employed, so I have a very open schedule and am able to accommodate quite a wide range of needs, from early morning to late night and weekends. Making your pet feel safe and comfortable while you're away is my number 1 priority. Giving them lots of stimulating play time, with lots of head and belly scratches.

About: My love for animals began as early as I can remember. I have always had a deep reverence for all life around me. I'm currently a student at UNA studying environmental science and sustainability. I hope to one day have my own farm. I've had a wide variety of pets over the years; gerbils, Guinea pigs, a box turtle, and many of my friends growing up had dogs as well. My first true animal companion was our family dog, Logan, who was a rescued Golden Retriever/ German Shepard mix. He passed away at age 15 when I was 13 on Christmas morning (no joke- of all days..). My family took a long time to get another dog because we felt that no dog could ever top Logan. My parents did get another dog since, a rambunctious and loving beagle mix named Molly. I have also had an orange tabby cat named Señor Platáno of which whom I allowed to be indoor and outdoor while I went to school at Kent State University, but he was tragically hit by a car. To this day I still think of him more as a dog the way we were so close. I haven’t been in the right place financially to have a dog of my own but at my most recent job I was able to interact with dogs on a daily basis and it always made my day. I decided to sign up for Rover because I am currently unemployed and enrolled at UNA so I thought what better way to earn some side money than to become a dog walker/sitter. I look forward to meeting as many furry friends as I can and I will truly cherish every encounter I am fortunate enough to have. Thank you. I am currently unemployed so my schedule is practically wide open. I will be resuming my education at UNA in the Fall, but all of my classes will be online so my schedule shouldn't change much. I live in Florence and I like to stay local with my hobbies so I’m not usually ever far from the Shoals area. Dog and cat care will fit well with my schedule. Pet care at a clients home will always be carried out with honor and reverence towards the clients, their home and their pets. I was a boyscout growing up and my loving parents taught me well to respect people and animals so when I leave a home I will leave it in the same condition or better than when I arrived. Your pet will get my undivided attention and care as I will treat them like I would my own, with love and respect.

About: I have had my own furbabies for 10+ yrs. I have a German shepherd lab mix that I’ve raised from pup she is 7 now, I have potty trained her, taught her basic commands. I also have 2 cats that I have raised from babies. I have learned patience with training and feeding schedules along with treats and walks. I am currently a stay at home wife, so I have open availability and I get up every morning and feed my furbabies and let them roam outside in our fenced in yard until they are ready for a nap. I would love the opportunity to help you where needed! My pets go in and out at much as they like, but if you are needing potty visits I can do that every 2-4 hrs and include a play time as well. I keep my home organized and clean and will keep yours clean and organized during stays as well!
