“Kaia was great. Flexible, easy to communicate with, and clearly loves hanging with animals. We felt very comfortable being away with Kaia watching our pup (and our house).”

“George is a fantastic dog and house sitter. He instantly made us feel comfortable with his calm demeanor. Throughout our week away he showed a high level of professionalism and care. He was always very responsive to our request for check-ins and sent the most adorable pictures that really put us at ease that Kodiak was happy and being well taken care of in our absence. We would book George again in the future and hope that he enjoyed his week in our home and with Kodiak. We greatly appreciate you, George! Thank you, Nicole, Nick, Hazel, and Kodiak”

“Jessica was fantastic with our pups. She went above and beyond with communication, sent us pics of the pups while we were away and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for top notch care for their fury friends. Thank you Jessie!”

“Came home to happy healthy animals that are relaxed despite their people having been gone. We appreciated Anne’s good communication and the extra time she took to understand our animals’ needs and quirks. Thank you Anne! We look forward to booking with you again!”

“The best pet sitter you could ask for!!!! My dog ran away before she came to stay and got hurt. Once he came home, she took him to the vet and cared for him like he was her own!!!! I cannot say enough good things !!!”

“Emma is an absolute gem! She’s great at communicating with you and sending loads of cute pictures. I think our dog may have had a better vacation than we did! The house looked cleaner than when we left and she even kept the plants watered through very hot weather. We (Tess included) highly recommend Emma. ❤️ 🐶 100% Dachshund approved!”

“Rosie took wonderful care of our pups and our home while we were away and was very patient with our one dog who is a bit of a nervous Nellie. It was so nice to know our pups were in good hands while we were away, thanks Rosie!”

“This was my first time working with Annie and she was so great! She stayed at my house and watched my very nervous pup. Because my dog gets anxious when I’m away, there’s various tricks and methods to draw her out, get her to go on walks, and even to just get her to eat her food. Annie went above and beyond in following my various instructions and tips and it showed in how responsive and comfortable my dog was so quickly. I would highly recommend Annie for anyone who has an anxious pup (or gets anxious leaving their dog too). I loved how communicative she is and she sent me daily photos to ease how much I missed my dog. I’m excited to work with Annie again in the future! My dog was in wonderful hands and so was my house.”

About: I grew up in a dog-loving family, however, I love all animals! I have had dogs in the house since I was born, I've been taking care of them all my life. Since 2016 I've been pet-sitting and house-sitting for both cats and dogs of all kinds for family members and friends. My love for cats grew and I adopted my own cat in 2021! I understand and value the love and effort it takes to care for an animal, as I would want the same for my pet. Making sure your pet is healthy, happy, and safe while you're away is my top priority, while understanding each pet has a unique personality and needs. I currently have flexible hours for pet care needs to be flexible and reliable. Based on my availability for a variety of devices I offer, I can be available for longer hours or multiple services at your request. I make sure every basis is covered (food and water supplied in clean containers, litter box cleaned, picking up after dog walks, etc). Beyond basic needs I provide a friendly face for any additional requirements your pet may need while you’re away (cuddles/pets, getting exercise, avoiding boredom with toys, etc).

“Great pet sitter. Elizabeth was very gracious with changes in time regarding my last minute trip. The house appeared in the same working order and the dog was left happy.”

“Justin did an excellent job watching my dog and cat. He took my dog hiking and had no problem administering insulin shots to my diabetic cat. He's a vet student and clearly loves animals - you can't do much better than that for a pet sitter. I highly recommend Justin.”

“Genevieve was awesome watching our dog while we were away! She was professional and responsible and sent us wonderful updates every day with cute photos. When we got home, our dog was TIRED which tells us he had a great time with Genevieve! Plus, (icing on the cake) she washed the sheets and towels that she used which was totally above and beyond.”

“Marissa was an exceptional pet sitter! She kept our home and dog, Rusty, safe and loved. She communicated clearly, and shared plenty of pictures. Rusty had a wonderful time, if he had thumbs, he'd give her two thumbs up for sure! We would be lucky to have Marissa take care of our pets any time. Couldn't recommend a more professional and kind human.”

“First time leaving my girl with someone and Lauren made me feel very comfortable; she sent many pics and updates. I feel that she took very good care of my pup. Would book with her again.”

About: I am a currently in vet school studying to become a veterinarian. I have also been a vet assistant working with dogs and cats for a year. I have had cats all of my life and have done live-in pet sits for dogs. I am very active and love to exercise with other people's dogs. I have a soft spot for pets with special needs. I'm in school on the weekdays from about 9-5pm, with lunch in between. I am able to stay at the house and will spend time with your pet while studying. I do not have any regular commitments on the weekends. I will follow whatever routine you have in place for your pet to the best of my abilities so that they can adjust to a different caretaker easily.

She made sure that vet appointments were kept, the animals were happy, and our home was clean when we returned. She was enthusiastic about taking our dog on trail adventures; our chunky girl even lost a few pounds, which she needed (per the vet). Everything was well-kept and it was clear that all pets were treated well, as they showed much affection for her. Emma is responsible and capable; we were impressed with her maturity and character. We will be seeking her services again.”
Lewisburg pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kelsey is a dream dogsitter! So reliable, conscientious, responsible, and loving. Both our rescue dogs (one is a “problem child” who can be reactive and difficult) absolutely loved her. I’ve never had a sitter stay at the house—I’ve usually boarded dogs at a sitter’s—but I felt completely confident and at ease with Kelsey in my home. Will be rebooking her soon and often!

“Why is Cain so great?” — my partner, after they sent us a bunch of adorable photos of our pets and mentioned they’d given our dog a bath (!!) after a trip to play in the river near our home. Cain really is a great sitter — this was the second time they stayed with our girls, and once again we were so impressed by the excellent care and attention that they gave to both pets, which went above and beyond our expectations (again, they gave our dog a bath!!). We also really appreciated their frequent, detailed, and often humorous communication throughout our trip, it was so great to see and hear all about what our pets had been up to :) I would absolutely recommend them (and already have to a couple of friends) — if you are reading this review, go ahead and hit that “Book” button, you will not be disappointed!

I believe this is Kamaile's third, or possibly even fourth, time keeping our dog with separation anxiety company while we're visiting the area and needing to go somewhere the pup can't come. Kamaile was, as always, super easy to make arrangements with, prompt in responding, timely in her arrival, and great with our nervous rescue dog. It's always lovely to catch up with her when we're in town and to chat about what we've all been up to since the last time she pup-sat, as she's an interesting person and a very calm, sweet presence - highly recommend!

Rosie was great watching our dogs for a long weekend. We really appreciated how methodical and attentive she was, asking and taking notes on all the little parts of their foods/meds/routine/preferences. We felt really comfortable having her in our home and trusting her with our doggos. Would recommend and would work with again.
