About: Hi!! I am 21 years old, and have/had a few fur friends of my own:) I’ve always loved animals since I was little and have taken care of neighbors/friends pets in the past! I would love to help you with whatever you need! I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur friends! :) My schedule is pretty flexible but my shifts do vary! But I am happy to fit your pet in wherever I am available! I can play with your dog/cat inside or outside, would love to bring them on walks if needed, give them baths if needed, etc! I am unable to stay overnight but can stay up to an hour or two if need be!

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals, and discovered I was a huge animal lover when I was young. Professional work experiences: Cat/Dogs Kennel technician for a veterinary facility, Canine daycare attendant, Canine caretaking, and I am currently a Canine Adoption Coordinator! I am only available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 6AM - 8PM ! I am available on Saturdays after 2PM if requested via chat ! I will care for the pets however the pet parents want because I know some pets are different from others. I will provide walks, medication, food, water, love, etc. I will also provide pet parents photo updates 3x a day or whenever they are requested!!

About: I've been in love with animals all my life. They were deep childhood friends and I feel a special bond with them. I grew up on a hobby farm and in 4-H. I am now a retired RN, and I'm enjoying being surrounded by animals again. I have taken care of domesticated cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils, guinea pigs, and birds. Any animal needing help or love grabs my heart. It is my goal to give this love to your cherished companion when you are gone. I also know how hard it can be for you to be separated from your pet, and am very conscientious about sending updates, pictures/videos and communicating anything else that needs to be communicated. I am working part time, and have afternoons, evenings and weekends available. I am hoping to build up a regular client base and have more time available soon. I live in a small home so I prefer to take care of your loved ones in your home. I am able to overnight: house-sitting, cleaning, and pet-sitting. I have plenty of time for walks, check-ins, and play-time on the days I am working, and welcome all-day care in your home on my time off. I am situationally aware and keep an eye on the environment at all times when walking your pup and playing, as well as on any potential escape routes or hazardous items if eaten or drunk. I am very respectful of your pet's space and routine and take my time to sense in to what will make them feel the most loved, the safest, and the most comfortable while you are gone. I am a reliable communicator regarding anything with your home or your pet that would require your attention.

About: Hi! My name is Shayna Malonson, and I’ve always had a deep love for animals—especially dogs. I grew up with dogs my entire life, and now as an adult with my own home, I’m lucky to have two of my own: Ally (4 years old) and King (2 years old). They are a huge part of my daily life and have taught me so much about responsible, loving care. I personally bathe my dogs, brush their teeth, and handle their basic grooming after learning how to properly care for them myself. Through experience—especially managing my older dog’s dry skin—I’ve learned a lot about different dog food brands, skin-care products, and overall dog wellness. This has helped me become very attentive to each dog’s individual needs. In my free time, I enjoy playing fetch, going on simple walks, and giving my dogs plenty of love and attention. About: I would humbly refrain from making the statement that I am better than my counterparts, as that is not for me to judge. I will say that I am an incredibly caring and empathetic individual, and that translates well to how I operate animals as well as people. I grew up with dogs and cats inside of my home, and I was always very attentive to them in terms of playing, petting, feeding, and making them feel cared for. My experience as a sitter only spans about a year altogether, but as a mother of human children, I understand the responsibility that comes with monitoring and caring for any member of someone else’s family. Animals are never excluded in that💙 I have two children, one of which is in daycare and the other in grade school. During the summer months, my availability would be from 7AM to 5PM, as I’d have to pick my youngest up from daycare by 5:30PM. From August to May, my availability would be 7:30AM - 5PM, as this would grant me time to drop my oldest off to school before beginning a day’s work. At the moment, I can only offer care in the home of clients, as my landlord does not allow pets to be present on the premises. Having said this, I am flexible in the number of services I am willing to offer in the home of clients. I want each individual to feel confident in the care their pet is receiving while they are away. I will do what I can to ensure this is the case 💙

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 9. I have experience in everything from walking to whelping. I love animals and would love to meet and care for yours! I am currently training to be a dog groomer on weekday mornings. I’m available for drop ins and walks after 1pm. On weekends I’m not out of town I would love to hang out with your babies as well! I have transportation to get to your babies to check in, feed and water, or walk them. I bring water on walks to help them with the crazy summer temperatures and weather and am able to easily read their body language to make sure they are healthy and happy.

I started off my veterinary technician career in Lafayette, LA at Lafayette Veterinary Care Center over 4 years ago. I am always looking for ways to spend more time doing what I love which is caring for fur-babies! I will cater to any and all needs necessary for each individual client. I am very comfortable with any at home therapeutic treatments, medications, training, dietary restrictions, etc.

About: I have experience working in multiple veterinary clinics, which gives me a deeper understanding of animal health and behavior than the average sitter. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, including puppies and senior pets who may need extra patience or special attention. I’ve also been pet sitting and boarding for over three years, so I’m used to keeping pets comfortable, sticking to routines, and making them feel safe while their owners are away. I treat every pet like my own and focus on making sure they feel loved and stress-free. I recently moved to Lafayette from Pineville, I’m looking for new clients. I am available any day of the week.
