About: Animals—especially dogs—are my passion! I have over a decade of experience pet-sitting and grooming dogs, and have owned, fostered and cared for dogs, cats and exotic pets of all breeds and sizes in my home since I was very young. I have always been particularly passionate about caring for and working with dogs. I am the proud owner of two Australian Shepherds, who I enjoy training in behavior and agility. I have a fenced-in backyard and two friendly Australian Shepherds to keep your dog company. Your dog will have as much supervised outside play time as they would like, and will have free roam of the main floor of my house at other times. If you prefer your pet to be crated at times, just let me know your preference and I’ll be happy to accommodate. ***Note: to avoid stomach upset/any allergic reactions, dogs in my care will ONLY be given food and/or treats supplied and approved by their owner. Additionally, to help protect my family, home and other dogs in my care, I ask that owners please ensure their dogs are up to date with flea/tick/worm preventative. If parasites are found, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.***

About: I’ve had all kinds of animals and breeds ranging from snakes to huskies and pitbulls. I also worked at the local Petsmart for a short time. I am a stay at home fur mom always looking to help others. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs (husky and German Shepard/American bulldog) myself. I have a fenced in backyard, tons of toys and lots of time to take care of and play with the animals. I enjoy running and engaging with them.

About: Hi, my name is Amelia Reedy. I have been taking care of dogs all my life, whether it be for neighbors or family, and have experience with all sizes of furry friends. Currently within my home, I take care of my two middle-aged dogs. I also often take care of my grandmother’s senior chocolate lab. My childhood pet whom my family had for 16 years, Sierra, was an Australian Cattle Dog with lots of energy, so I am also quite experienced with active pups that require considerable amounts of exercise. Overall, my goal is take care of your companions in a manner that will keep both them and you as happy and comfortable as possible! I am currently enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University, so I am a seasonal sitter for the summer months and will be available during breaks as well. I am free and flexible to watch dogs each day of the week. Sunday evenings are the only times which I am unavailable to do so. I am available to care of your pet at your home, as I have three dogs of my own in my home that are sometimes unpredictable with new dogs.

About: I have owned dogs for my whole life. I have also fostered for the past 5+ years. I am well suited for any type of dog at any age. I am comfortable with special dietary needs, medications, Baths, walks, hikes ect. I am a stay at home mom of 11 year old twins, also animal lovers. I am self employed and have a very flexible schedule We do not have a fenced in yard however we live on a very private 12 acres with plenty of space for walks, hikes and adventure. I have 3 very well behaved dogs that know the rules! I do have crates and small playpen fences if required and am happy to make any necessary accommodations.

Available 24/7 when needed. Along with my children, we can give your pets attention and lots of love! If your pet does not like children we can also establish another plan of care. I am also able to keep small and exotic animals. Please only reach out if you are a serious inquiry. Please know that I make my plans around watching and taking care of your fur babies so that I can give them all the love and attention I possibly can while you are away! I have a giant fenced in yard and a very friendly dog. I am able to come to your house for potty breaks and feedings. I do require proof of up to date vaccines (bordatella, rabies and distemper.) Must also have an up to date NEGATIVE fecal and heartworm test and your pet must be up to date on flea and tick medication.

I’m home for summers from college (Go Dukes) and I’ve always loved animals, so pet-sitting is my only job over this time! I’m available all days throughout the week! When you’re vacationing in the summer I will look after your pets and give you peace of mind with pictures I take of them and I always leave your house looking like I was never even there!

About: I am owned by my Australian Shepherd mix Luke, Flat Coat Retreiver Mack, chihuahua mix Dover and Jack Russel Dallas and I am here to put your mind at ease while you go on vacation or out of town for a business trip! I also have extensive experience with the feline variety. I am an EMT-B for humans, but I have also taken training classes in dog/cat CPR and Heimlich. Not that we will need it. I have experience in administering medication by mouth, IM injections and testing blood glucose. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I would prefer to stay in your home so that the fur kid will be more comfortable and maybe it will help with any separation anxiety. I do not mind bringing in the mail or any other task that may be similar.

About: I have grown up surrounded by all sorts of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, bearded dragons, chickens, and more, which sparked my lifelong passion for animal care. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech, where I deepened my knowledge of animal health, behavior, and management. Additionally, I worked for three years in a veterinary hospital, where I gained hands-on experience assisting with medical procedures, patient care, and client education. About: I have always had pets in my life growing up and have lived with many different cats and dogs. I have walked friends dogs, boarded friends dogs, pet sit for friends and family, and have always been someone my loved ones and friends can call to help with their animals.
