About: I love all animals! I have previously owned and trained a Belgian Malinois rescue and a lab/pit rescue. Both wonderful dogs. I am a navy vet, dog owner and dog lover. I use positive reinforcement training methods, and I know how to read the body languages of animals. I am respectful, neat, and I'll make sure you pet is well taken care of! I offer dog sitting, and occasional boarding services. You can rest easy with the knowledge that if you hire me, they will be my number one priority. I will communicate at least once a day, and more if requested. I live in an apartment and WFH full time, so I'll be able to provide ample attention to your dog! Not that they might need it because my puppy Orion will be begging them to play nonstop! I monitor play time continuously to make sure they get along well. Sometimes if a client's dog DOESN'T want to play I make sure Orion leaves them alone. He'll just be whining on the couch. No matter the size of your dog, I'll make sure they are safe and comfortable. Orion has had experience playing with 100lb German shepherds and snauzers to mini pinchers. He loves all dogs that will play with him.

We even got videos of her too! She was so well taken care of and Chris brought in packages and boxes that we received in the mail and sent us pictures of those too. We were impressed when we first met him, he had a system worked out to ensure that he would always know where Pippa was and would have the key to our house secure and available in the event he could not be there, which never happened. He had everything well thought out and we left for our vacation confident and reassured that everything would be taken care of. When we returned, Pippa was happy and as Chris promised, he left no trace of him having had been there! I highly recommend Chris as a pet and house sitter. He is dependable, punctual, true to his word and flexible with his availability in case our travel plans did not go smoothly, as can sometimes happen. My husband works days but is home at night. We also have a teenager in the home who is very responsible and will help out. About: Hello!! I'm Jenna Newhouse. I grew up on a 12 acre farm in Michigan before relocating to Washington 10 years ago. Thanks to the farm and my family's love of animals, I have years and years of experience caring for both small household pets and livestock. I love animals more than anything in the world, and would be delighted to help a fellow pet parent ensure their precious pet gets the care it deserves when they can't be there. I have a miniature dachshund puppy at home who's still working on training and going through her vaccine cycle, so at this point care in my home is not a great option... but I will provide drop in visits, walks, or boarding in your home! I am taking some time off from a full time job to be home with my pup, so my schedule is quite flexible right now! I am very diligent about supervising pets and tailoring care to their specific needs. More than happy to communicate, if I'm unsure about anything I will ask!
