He has also been great about helping us out to walk the dogs if we are away for a day. We appreciate his updates and the sweet pictures he takes. The whole family is now big Tom fans! Thank you Tom!”

“We used Zi for a few days to walk our German Shepherd puppy. She was prompt and gave a great report for our pup. Overall we are happy with the walks and our dog look like she enjoyed them as well.”

About: I love all animals and grew up taking care of all sorts of pets, however dogs hold the biggest piece of my heart. My wonderful pup, Bentley, recently went over the rainbow 🌈 after 13 amazing years together and there’s been a little piece of me missing ever since. Let me love on your dog when you can’t! We will definitely be helping each other out ❤️🥰 I work from home and can be around most of the time your pet is in my care. I love to play and go on walks. My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate your pet, whatever the need. When they are with me, they are welcome on the couch and bed or I will follow any instructions to keep your fur baby on their normal regimen. Every animal has different needs and I will make sure they feel comfortable and are well cared for. I am familiar with aggressive breeds and know how to handle all kinds of situations. I’ve also had a senior pet that required medicines and special foods. Whatever kind of care your pet needs, I can assure you I will treat them like my own. I generally only sit 1-3 dogs at a time (dependent on size) since I live in an apartment, however I will take them out often to make sure they get enough exercise and I will smother them with love if they will let me! If you have more then 3 dogs or any questions on how many dogs will be here with yours, please reach out! I will try to accommodate wherever I can.

“Chuck is awesome -- he is very concerned with my pets' welfare and took things slow and easy while he gets to know them. I am so grateful to have found someone to care and walk my fur-babies and I would HIGHLY recommend Chuck to anyone who is in need of his services!”

“Laura came over to meet and greet and Ruby liked her immediately. It was a good match. It was a last minute booking and she came through. I am grateful. I will use her services again.”

“Jenna is wonderful! She is astute at reading Maggie’s behavior and excellent at responding to her various antics. Maggie is 70 pounds and can pull hard on the leash when she sees a rabbit; Jenna handles this with confidence and ease. She is kind, yet reinforces the training commands we use at home. I feel relaxed when Jenna is with Maggie as I know she is genuinely cared for. I’m new to the area and thrilled that I found someone so wonderful near our home. Thank you Jenna, we so appreciate you!!!”

About: I started dog walking at 7 years old. I lived on a farm with 4 big sheep dogs and a Boston terrier. There have been many dogs in the family since then but now I have a 100 pound American Bulldog that I love to call mine. This past year I fostered another 100 pound American Bulldog that was previously abused till I found his forever home. I am passionate about animals! I will love your pet like they are my own. I love meeting new dogs , just like how I love meeting new people! They are all so different and vary in personalities, it's so fun! Trust in me that I will be patient, caring and over all fun for your pet!

About: —~> Ask about Farm Animal Care <~— Spending time with animals is a gift. It is a joy to meet new furry friends and give them extra love while their caretakers are out adventuring or working. I love to go for walks on the beach or in the woods. I like to chase sunsets and sunrises. All of which are more enjoyable with sweet creatures. I adore giving affection and opportunities to play for both cats and dogs. I have tended to a variety of different types of animals over the years. Some need ample one on one attention. Which I accommodate by giving them solo walks and separate meal times when requested. Others who loved to be social or had other animal roommates that needed plenty of outdoor time. Elder cats and dogs who needed extra special care, medication, fluids, and special diets. Dog and cat drop ins can make a world of difference for an animal navigating extended time away from their people/person. I give them all focused attention, consideration, bonding interactions and love. Dog walks are a vital key to their health and well being. It takes a village to tend to our critters too! Human and animal. I have many special spots for them to enjoy throughout the Olympic Peninsula. Including safe off leash areas when requested. I have a 5 year old dog, Hoodi. She does not come with me for cat or dog drop ins. Dog walks can include her company or not, always at your discretion. She does join me for overnight pet sitting and loves other dogs. She tends towards submissive and loves to chase and play. She is very mellow indoors and enjoys watching the activity of others. Throughout her life she has helped with pet sits. For her first four years of life she lived with two other dogs. She is a great addition to any pack. I have experience farm sitting which includes plant watering of green house, gardens, field and pasture. As well as goat milking, poultry care, and feeding of cows, horses, goats and pigs. Feel free to message me in booking about pricing for full time/part time farm care. Please note my pet sitting is limited to the Olympic Peninsula. I will do pet sitting in Port Townsend, Discovery Bay, Sequim, Blyn, Port Ludlow, Brinnon, Port Gamble, Quilcene, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, Irondale, Marrowstone Island, and occasionally Port Angeles, Joyce, Forks, and Queets. I prefer extended house sits and like to build solid bonds with animals. I prioritize repeat clients. I have additional references outside of Rover. As many of my clients book me via word of mouth. This profile gives ease of access to my calendar. I currently work seasonally teaching arts based school break kids camps and afterschool programing on the Olympic Peninsula. I spend the rest of my time making art from home and adventuring outdoors. This means I can have extended quality time with your pet(s) for walks and/or outdoor play and indoor care. I believe maintaining routines and exercise is important for the physical and emotional well being of all animals. I will strive to uphold this and adapt my schedule as best as I can for your pet(s). I enjoy taking the time to communicate with you about your desires, concerns, texting check ins and sending sweet photos for your peace of mind. As every pet is an important family member. I know them to be kin.

“Katija has walked our pup and also stayed in our home with her over a long weekend - we appreciate Katija's thoughtful and frequent updates and communication. We feel completely at ease leaving Maddie in her care.”

About: We’re two young professionals that love animals! Tom’s a video producer & Evelyn’s an engineer. We have years of fostering experience and professional K9 behavior and obedience training! For the past couple of years we were traveling in our self converted camper van, but now we’ve settled down in Port Townsend with our 2 dogs and you can always find us camping or hiking! We have experience with the biggest of dogs, down to the smallest of kittens! Let us know what your buddy needs and we’ll take care of it! Typically, if one of us isn’t available, the other one is. We usually leave our doggo’s at home, for simplicity, and take turns on the visits. Any questions or requests, just let us know! ¡También hablo español! We have flexible schedules so it is no problem at all to fit your pups into our daily lives! We are free to care for them anytime of the day! We are very mindful of trying to maintain the same routine that your pet is used to. If they're couch potatoes, we'll lounge and watch a movie, if they're active, we'll go out for a long walk or run. If they need a treat after every walk or to be told they're a good girl whenever they're being a good girl, they'll get it!

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and pigs and cows and a few reptiles. I’ve had dogs my whole life. I’ve watched friend’s dogs and have temporarily taken in dogs when friends and family needed to re-home their pets. My schedule doesn’t allow me to have a pet full time but on my days off I can spend the day lounging inside or hiking outside or floating in a kayak with your pet! I currently have a pet fish who is always curious and would love to make your pet his new best friend! I only work a couple days a week and my schedule is fairly flexible. I can happily fit in pup time all the days in between! I live in a dog friendly house with a fenced backyard. I also enjoy hiking the local trails and going to the nearby parks. I have friends with small to large dogs that enjoy being outdoors and socializing with other dogs for some doggy play dates if preferred. My house has laminate flooring and I only clean with pet friendly solutions so if you have a puppy in training it’s not a big deal. When caring for your pet they will be the priority of my attention. If I am available then I will not be working so my routine will try to mimick their routine. I have a fenced yard with space for your pup to play. Beds are off limits abut I have a perfect doggy blanket on the couch with your pup’s name on it if furniture is ok by you.

About: Iv taken care of your typical house pets to exotics, I enjoy getting to meet your best friend and treating them like my own. I enjoy the typical fetch or the cuddles on the coucg, whatever your furry friend enjoys more I work 8-5 Monday through Friday with a hour long lunch break. (If needed run to your home and check up on them) Weekends I enjoy either at home or exploring the outdoors. As well as having home pets I do have full care of two cats at my work. I can do an hour long walk or play fetch in the backyard. I can walk them on the beach or take them on a hike! I enjoy playing with animals.

About: As someone who works online, my hours are completely flexible and can be done most anywhere. I use this to my advantage as a pet-lover. It means I get to be surrounded by pets as much as I can, and as someone who cannot have their own dog, I cannot express how fulfilling and heartening it is for me to do so. I have also pet-sit for friends and family all my life. I truly love animals. I go in with this mindset: how would I want others to treat my home-space and my own pet? My aim is that you can travel with a peaceful certainty your pet will be showered with love and attention, and you don't have to worry. I genuinely love animals, and as an introvert, I spend most of my free time with them whenever I can. My schedule is very flexible. I make my own hours with my online work, and I am usually available for sitting anytime. My summer sitting schedule is open, and as a newbie to this site, I'm looking forward to doing a really good job at a reasonable starting rate. (So far I've had a great experience). I am responsible and extremely mindful of people's plans and expectations. I try to be as professional as I can, returning messages as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I am a creative arts teacher (working online) and I hail from Central Oregon. I have an MA in Myth and Psych, and I really like to travel and learn new things. platform. Animals are by-far my favorite thing, on par with painting and writing. My main passion is painting. I love experimenting with acrylic on canvas and I am trying to teach myself watercolor. I’m introverted and love to read and write. Animals, especially dogs, have my whole heart. I have always wanted a pet, but my love of travel has held me back. When not traveling, I'm a homebody. (In short, I’d probably prefer to hang out with your pet, rather than go out on the town..) I like to be cozy with books, tea, and walks in nature. I have a car, and I am flexible with my schedule. I want to accomadate the sensitivities and special needs of any household and/or pets, and I welcome anyway I can to make you feel more comfortable with me as your pet-trustee. Thanks so much for your time! At the moment, I do not care for pets in my own home. But if I get the opportunity I would put just as much care and compassion in that as I do as a walker/sitter.

About: I’m a licensed veterinary technician that loves animals and I have been working with animals for over 15 years. All pets can come either to my house or I can go to yours! I’m happy to do whatever makes people the most comfortable while they’re away! That is the most important thing for me, is clients comfort since I don’t want anyone to worry while they’re away! I do currently work at a vet clinic Tuesday-Thursday! I have lots of experience watching pets and can provide references if needed! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I can’t wait to get to know you and your furry friend, but also to spend time with the little (or big) cuties! I am currently working Tuesday through Thursday. Pets can come with me to work if requested so they aren’t hoke alone all day. Whatever you’re comfortable with. I don’t have a fenced yard but I live on 2.5 acres. About: I love all pets! I have never owned a dog, but would love to walk and play with yours. I have two cats and know how to tend to them well, including playing. Since I am unemployed, I am free most of the week. I am okay with same-day scheduling but prefer one-day or more in advance. I am flexible! I like to get to know pets by having them sniff me and check me out before I do anything with them. That way they know I am not aggressive and that they can trust me. Then I will tend to their needs as best I can.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, and am currently a proud dog mom to an energetic heeler. I have work experience at an animal shelter tending to special needs animals. I know all the best places to walk your pup/s! Although I live in Quilcene, I often am in the Port Townsend/Hadlock areas and have no problems traveling to those areas to care for your pets. I am self-employed with a moderately flexible schedule. Walks and drop ins fit are a great fit; most days of the week aside from Thursday afternoon work well. I am happy to travel outside of Quilcene to care for your pet/s. I have a good sized dog run at my home, and a large field on a farm for those who listen well. My dog gets along with most other dogs, and if not I will keep them separate.

About: I’ve been a dog lover my whole life as well as a reliable pet sitter for friends and family. I know how nerve-wracking it is to leave your dogs behind, especially with folks they haven’t met. I want you to feel at ease knowing your dogs are in good hands. I provide regular updates/photos, walks, playtime and 24/7 supervision. I would love to plan a meet and greet with you and your pup! I love the outdoors and staying active, which makes pet care a perfect fit for me. I enjoy taking dogs on long walks, hikes, or even just playing in the backyard. Caring for pets in other people's homes is something I approach with great responsibility. I like to follow the pets routine as its been outlined for me. I also take extra care to maintain your home's cleanliness.

She is someone you can trust in your home and with your pets! No question about that. She is extremely reliable and has so much love to give. I always know my pets are in good hands when she takes care of them. Though sometimes I think they might like her more than they like me! It seems that she has experience with just about every animal I can imagine, when I rescued three guinea pigs she had no problem adding them when she watches my cats. Pet lovers should know that when Cassie watches my animals I have the peace of mind that all my fur babies will be well cared for and I think you will feel the same with her around!”

“Ashley possesses a calm energy that pets love to be around. She dog sat for me on many occasions, and always kept my hyperactive pup calm and happy. She also has a natural way of connecting with cats, even my skittish and anti-social calico. Highly recommended!”
