About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

About: I have 10+ plus years of experience with dogs. I’ve catered to many dogs of all ages based on their needs. Whether they needed more play time, needed to be hand fed, or needed someone to keep them company in order to sleep. What makes me stand out from other sitters is the fact that I will go above and beyond for your pet and treat them as if they were my own; and I would do anything for my fur babies. nothing is too much or too extra for me. As your fur baby’s walker/care taker I will make sure they have the best time and they get their needs met! Whether they need extra exercise or like to play fetch I am your gal. Just let me know what you need from me and I will make sure my visit with them will go accordingly! I’m a SAHM and can give your fur babies the best care and attention. I can work around anyone’s schedule according to their pet’s needs! I only take in one client at a time for doggy daycare that way I can ensure your pets needs are being met. I currently have one small female dog and she is my pride & joy. She is spayed and enjoys playing with other dogs. Your pets are free to roam around my home and be on furniture. I have plenty of toys for them to play with but feel free to bring their own toys too! I live in a duplex community and our yards aren’t fenced so I ask that you bring their harness/collar/leash as well as their own food. Communication is very important to me so expect lots of pictures and messages from me!

About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I’ve rescued many and cared for cats and dogs for years, treating each one like family with love and safety. For everyone’s well-being, please make sure your pet is up to date on flea, tick, and rabies vaccinations. If your pet isn’t spayed or neutered, just let me know so I can plan one-on-one time for their comfort. To help them feel at home, please bring their usual food and a favorite toy for their stay. I’m fully available and happy to accommodate your schedule. Preferred drop-off and pick-up times are 8 AM, noon, or 5 PM, but I’m flexible if you need a different time. Feel free to bring their food, collar or tags, and a favorite toy to help them feel at home. I have a dedicated pet room with a large room and TV where pets can relax and play freely with other dogs, enjoy a variety of toys, and run in the fenced backyard, which includes a dog pool for hot days. Kennels are available if needed, and I use a tether outside for added safety. If your pet tends to dig or tries to escape, please let me know so I can plan accordingly.

About: Hi there! I’ve been caring for pets for over 5 years now, and it’s truly one of my greatest joys. I’m a proud dog mom to a soon-to-be one-year-old Rat Terrier who keeps me on my toes and fills my days with love and laughter. I have a soft spot for all fur babies and plenty of free time during the day to give them the attention, play, and care they deserve. About: It can be really hard with work or other responsibilities to spoil your pet like you want too. Let me help! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Currently, I have a miniature schnauzer mix. His name is Teddy! He’s super sweet and he’s spoiled rotten! He’s pretty small but I’ve kept dogs of all sizes. Big or small, I got you. If it’s a drop in just to check, or you need me to watch them for a week while you go on vacation. I can help! I have a fenced yard now and your pup will have a friend. His name is a Teddy, he’s a miniature schnauzer and he loves to play! My daughter also loves all the animals that comes to visit, so expect your pet to be a little spoiled to her when you return! I finally finished my nursing program! YAY! Nurse Beth has a nice ring to it! Thank all of y’all for all the wonderful support. However, that means I won’t have as much time to take care of all your sweet doggies. I am more than happy to keep your pet but please understand I will no longer be home all day. I have some help at home so I’ll still be overseeing the care of my regulars when I am able too. I have a fenced in back yard and a sunroom that’s heated and cooled! They are also allowed in my home and on furniture unless otherwise notified!

About: My experience with animal care is extensive and deeply rooted. My involvement in FFA during high school provided hands-on experience showing pigs and working closely with goats and chickens, instilling a strong foundation in animal husbandry. This practical learning has continued into my adult life, where I currently care for a diverse group of animals: five dogs, including two Cane Corsos, a French Bulldog, a Yorkshire Terrier, and a German Shepherd mix, along with two rabbits and four chickens. This daily interaction across various species has further solidified my understanding of their individual needs and the consistent dedication required for their well-being. I am certainly no stranger to the responsibilities and joys of comprehensive animal care. I’m currently not working . My availability is open . I do attend church on Sunday. I’m very flexible and will work with you . My pets are well taken care of . I’m currently building an indoor and outdoor kennel for my dogs . I currently have a back room where only client pets will go .

About: I have many years of experience dog sitting dogs of all ages, from senior dogs to young puppies.
