About: I don’t have my own pet anymore as he passed from old age. I like to take care of other people’s pets when they are on vacation and care for them with as much love as if they were my own. I will stay at your home if needed , schedule potty break services as well. I work at an elementary school so let out before I go to work and right after, evenings and bed time. I will take care of pets in clients home with care plan that fits the pets needs. Give them plenty of attention and care to take away any worries when you are away.

“Molly was fabulous while watching our 3 cats for a week in our home! She was very attentive to their quirky needs and individual personalities. She was very patient while waiting out their shy, adjustment period. She administered meds to 2 of the 3, twice daily, which sometimes isn’t a smooth process! Molly was efficient and resourceful when dealing with our “disappearing” older female who re-surfaced after Molly’s efforts! She followed our instructions and reached out very responsibly when she had questions or concerns. We returned to a perfectly clean, fresh smelling home and 3 very content felines! About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was a kid, my home was my zoo. Based on this, I always had a soft spot for pets and took every chance to take care of friends and family pets. As I grew up, it became my hobby to volunteer in shelters and petsit. I currently am a mom of a Husky, a Shitzu, a cat, and a fish! I would be more than happy to be there for your pet and their needs. Bonus points: As a husky mom, I can be very active. As a cat mom, I know when to give space and let them nap! I work as a Bilingual tutor in a high school in the mornings. However, this summer I will be available 24/7 to attend to your pet's needs. When it comes to my home, I have a big backyard where your pet can have the freedom to run freely and two friendly dogs who are up to play 24/7, however, there's the option of opting for the company if your pet is not comfortable around other pets. When it comes to a client’s home, I'll ensure the safety of the pet and the house, reporting everything in detail and offering extended stay periods.

About: I grew up with 3 dogs, today both my sisters have a dog; a Golden Retriever & a German Shepard. I have watched and cared for both of them, as well as pet/house sitting for other family & friends. I also became a cat dad when I adopted a six year old cat three years ago! I just moved to CT so while I search for a job I decided to join Rover!! 6am-10pm 7 days a week I am available! I can be an early bird or a night owl & I love all animals! I can take your pet on a long run or a short walk and anything in between! Most of my experience is with bigger dog breeds like German Shepard, Golden Retriever, & Pit Bull. I have also cared for French Bull Dogs and other unknown dog breeds. I would love to work with any animals! My favorite part is learning how unique each animals is & getting to know their personalities!!

About: I have lived with a dog in my family for as long as I can remember. I have had three dogs (Cherry and Dutty) and am currently petsitting my sister's dog (Thor) on weekday mornings. Thor used to live with me and my family but my sister has recently moved out. I love being around dogs because they show you so much affection without speaking. I always look forward to taking care of my sister's dog. I walk Thor around my neighborhood so he can get some exercise and lead a long healthy life. My sister went to the vet for a check-up and told her he has lost three pounds since I started walking him more :). I also bathe Thor on a monthly basis. My past dog, Dutty, was a smaller dog but I took care of him with the basics such as walking, baths, etc. I was still in my child/adolescent years when Dutty was around. I also have four guinea pigs with two being male (Coconut and Milo) and the other two being female (Peanut and Peanut Jr.). Peanut Jr. is the daughter of Peanut and Milo. Having four guinea pigs is not easy but it has helped tremendously with taking care of dogs. I would say it has made taking care of dogs much easier! I am currently free for most of the week. If you ask for a schedule that I can't attend to, I will let you know. Opening right now are mornings - 10 AM and 2PM -evenings. Every day on a weekday, my sister drops off Thor in the morning at our house. Usually, Thor has already been taken out before my sister drops her off but I take him out if that isn't the case. He is also fed in the morning. Thor seems to be very picky with his food so I have to mix up wet food with his dry food. After this, I leave Thor with my mother so I can feed my guinea pigs and clean their cage. They are in a locked room that Thor can't access for their safety. I try to give Thor as much attention as he likes to cuddle and also be around someone. Even when he is sleeping, he prefers that someone is in the same room with him. Sometimes, I have to watch my nephew for a bit because my mother babysits him while my brother and sister-in-law are at work. Thor is usually happy being around my nephew so it all works out! I make sure Thor isn't rummaging through garbage and pick up anything on the floor that is toxic. Since Thor sheds constantly, I always have to clean the floor to keep the house tidy. I try to walk Thor every three hours and I also would go to my backyard to play with him so he can get some sun.

“Ashley helped me out on relatively short notice with my new rescue when I had to go away for a night. She kept a watchful eye on him and made sure not to keep him from starting any of his naughty habits. She sent lots of pics throughout the night and made me feel better about leaving my guy for a night.”

About: We care for our furry friends as if they are our children. We’ve never met a dog we didn’t fall in love with. I started training with dogs when I was in elementary school and never stopped. I got my Doberman Rowan right after graduating college and trained him myself starting at 8 weeks old. He grew into the most intelligent and obedient dog who blew away everyone with his performance and kind and calm nature. We know how important consistency is with ongoing training and we will be sure to conform to whatever your preferences are. Our Rowan had a series of health issues including several emergency events which taught us much about not only how to handle emergencies but also how to prevent them with careful monitoring, medicine administering, and providing them what they need. Our training continued when we foster-failed with our mix Suki, a friendly, mild mannered and sweet 1.5 year old. While our Rowan only lives on in spirit, Suki will entertain, play, and cuddle with your friend like they’re her sister. With my fully remote job I’m home all day. Cloé is a PhD student with variable schedules, so between the two of us your dog will get lots of stimulation, care, and attention. Please feel free to ask any and all questions. We’re here to help! If your dog is reliable off leash we have many options to get them exercised. I often run with Suki at Bluff Point and if your dog is up for it they could easily join us. We also take our dogs to several other trails in the surrounding area to provide them with stimulation through smells, meeting other dogs, and chasing squirrels. We truly know what it means to give your dog the stimulation and care they need. Our heart would hurt too much otherwise!

About: I’ve taken care German Shepherds, Labs, Weimaraner and mixed breeds. I currently care for my four rescue dogs ranging from 9 yrs to 3 yrs old. All were 5 months old except for my Weim, which we rescued at 1.5 yrs. Been around and cared for dogs since I was 12yrs old. I work from home on Fridays with a flexible schedule and off on weekends to allow me to give plenty of attention and exercise to your dog. I will follow the written instructions of your dog’s routine to make it a less stressful experience and hopefully and fun experience for your pup.
