About: As a kid, my family had a couple of dogs and several kitties. All of my adult life I've been owned by cats and loved by dogs. All of my pets have passed away, so If you have a pet you love, I will love it, too! I am a retired widow with plenty of available time to care for your furry loved ones. I have few commitments, and can be away overnight. My cats had a large cat tree to climb and play, lots of interactive toys, and a tidy litter box. I went to puppy school with our Collie.

Please note: I will be heading back to Arizona for the upcoming semester between July 20th and August 1st, so I am looking for bookings that take place before that move. Until then, I have total flexibility to stick to your specific routine and provide plenty of companionship for your "babies." I provide care exclusively in the client's home, as I do not offer boarding in my own home at this time. This allows your pets to stay in their own comfortable, familiar environment while you are away. When I am in your home, I treat it with the same respect I give my own. I prioritize a "safety-first" environment by doing a quick sweep for anything your pet shouldn't get into and making sure all doors and gates are secure. I am very diligent about leashes and harnesses during walks to prevent any accidents. I believe trust is built through communication. You can expect regular photo updates so you know your pets are safe, happy, and following their normal rhythm.
