About: 1. Lifelong Dog Lover - Growing up around all kinds of dogs has helped me understand their needs and learn how to earn their trust from the moment we meet. 2. Belly Rub Specialist - Each dog gets one-on-one attention, with plenty of playtime and belly rubs to ensure they feel loved and spoiled. 3. AKC German Shepherd Expert - With two pampered honeys of my own, I know the ins and outs of caring for strong, loyal, and energetic dogs. 4. Bath & Grooming - I love making dogs feel fresh and fabulous, including bathing, nail clipping, and brushing. Who says a dog can't be pampered like royalty? (I do not cut their hair) 5. Training and Positive Reinforcement - From basic commands to advanced tricks, I focus on building a strong, positive relationship with every dog through fun and gentle training. 6. Endless Playtime & Adventure Planner - I'm all about high-energy fun! Whether it's fetch, tug-of-war, or sprinting until they're ready for a nap, I ensure your dog has a blast. 7. Water Fun Coordinator - On hot days, I organize water activities that keep pups cool, with lots of updates and pics for owners to enjoy. 8. Trust-Building Maestro - Dogs are my best friends, and I pride myself on forming bonds built on trust, play, and plenty of cuddles. I do have two other dogs in our home. Please refer to the pets section to review more information about them. Being a full-time caretaker, my days are never dull. But I wouldn't have it any other way! When I'm not busy managing lesson plans, at church, or planning the next family adventure, you'll find me spoiling the dogs with all the love and attention they deserve. I have plenty of space and time to care for your pup - whether it's offering a cozy stay in my home (must be crate trained), dropping by for a quick play session, dog walking (Although I much enjoy running with them), or giving belly rubs and treats at just the right times. I even offer pick-up and drop-off services for your furry friends. Caring for your pet fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I absolutely love making time for dogs. After all, who can resist those puppy eyes and wagging tails? At my home, your dog is treated like part of the family. With an acre of fenced-in land, plenty of grass, and trees to explore, two new furry friends they could play along with, they'll have a blast running around and enjoying the great outdoors. Inside, they're free to roam the house and join in on all the family fun when they're not relaxing in their crate after meals to let their bellies settle. I believe in a balanced routine that includes lots of playtime, comfort, and TLC. I take pet care very seriously, so when caring for your dog outside of my home, I always follow your lead. I stick to your instructions to ensure they're receiving the same level of care and attention they would at home. Whether it's feeding, playtime, or simply being their companion while you're away, I'm committed to giving you peace of mind, knowing your dog is in trusted hands. Health & Safety Policy – Skin Conditions & Vaccination Requirements To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in my care, I require all clients to provide up-to-date veterinary documentation confirming the following: • Vaccinations: Dogs must be current on the following vaccines: • Rabies • Parvovirus • Distemper • Bordetella (kennel cough) • Skin Conditions: Any dog showing signs of skin irritation, hair loss, or other dermatological concerns must have veterinary documentation confirming the issue is non-contagious (e.g., allergies rather than mange, mites, or ringworm). This policy is in place to protect all dogs in my care—including my own—and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for everyone. Important: If I don’t receive these records before the booking, I’ll assume they are not current and the session will need to be cancelled. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
“Madison did an awesome job watching our kitties. We got daily updates and photos from her as well. Everybody was happy and healthy when we got home. I will keep using her for my kitties as long as she wants me to.”

About: I have been able to care for dogs from their whelping to their old age and death. I have cared for dogs with hip dysplasia, diabetes, and emotional disorders. I worked at a local animal shelter providing for the grooming, health, and play needs of local dogs. I am not currently working (I am studying for my NCLEX), and have loads of free time to look after and play with your smaller and furrier family members. Building trust is essential when working with animals, and I like to prioritize becoming familiar with the pet. Once that trust is established, I can better ensure the safety, health, and happiness of the animal. Dogs are incredibly smart and understand words and your tone of voice, both of which I am mindful of when interacting to maintain a productive relationship.

“Mallory took great care of our dog, Nell, during her drop-in visits. She walked Nell, made sure she always had fresh water, and kept me updated after each visit with details about her bathroom breaks, attitude, and activity level. Mallory was also incredibly flexible and accommodating by meeting with us early in the morning before I left for work so she could do a meet-and-greet and get to know Nell beforehand. I really appreciated her reliability, communication, and genuine care for my dog. I would absolutely recommend her and would be happy to book with her again.”

Haley was OUTSTANDING! Not only is she a joy, but our Gracie girl loved her. Haley sent tons of photos every visit, loved on our girl, even cleaned up a hairball. She was highly communicative, sweet, and an amazing pet sitter. I will absolutely be using her again for our next trip!

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
