About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours this summer! I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. Feel free to reach out to set up a time to chat or schedule a meet and greet! As a teacher, my summers are especially flexible for drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. When school starts, I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

“Mrs. Venus is so sweet and loving to our sweet Kobe. Venus has taken care of Kobe since he was a puppy. The first time we dropped Kobe off with Venus, we could tell it would be the perfect fit for Kobe; there is so much room for each puppy to run around and play. Venus also sent picture updates throughout that day, and she was okay with me calling from time to time to check in, which made me feel happy to see my furson having a good time. Now, whenever I put Kobe in the car and he knows he's going to see Mrs. Venus, he wags his tail all the way to her home.”

“Kyla is quite possibly the biggest animal lover of all time. She loves all animals and tries to make them all lover her. She's watched my 3 dogs for years when we are out of town-- and one of our dogs who hates everyone has become accepting of Kyla. She goes above and beyond in making sure you know how your pets are doing...check ins and pics galore. 10/10 recommend!”
