About: Hi my name is Katrina, or Kat for short. I truly have a passion and heart for animals! As a teen i started pet sitting and knew I wanted to always work with animals so as an adult I went to school for dog grooming. I was a pet sylist for 15 year with my own shop but had to retire due to injuries and health. I have a lot of experience, patience and care with many types of dogs and animals. I did schooling for dog psychology and training methods and continue to further my education. I also have two dogs, a westie and a pittie rescue mix, three cats and several reptiles so i'm always surrounded by animals which I love! I do also have experience with rescue work, raising bottle fed kittens. ♡ I have studied dog behavior and believe in using positive reinforcements and redirecting. I am able to do short training sessions focused on mental stimulation. If you have topples or puzzle toys i can provide your pup with that as well. ♡ I am cpr trained and am able to give medication. ♡ I will meet your dogs needs wether it be mental stimulation with fun games, a short walk or just hanging out together. ♡ I will provide photos as well updates if requested ♡ I will refresh water bowls, do feedings, take out for potty time or scoop litter. ♡ I will respect your home, time and privacy and provide your pet(s) with the utmost care and attention. I am pretty flexible, i'm avaialble during weekdays as well as every other sunday. I will keep my times available updated on the calender here at rover. I am able to feed your animals, take them out to potty, short walks as well as spend time giving them attention and play with them.

I’m respectful of your space, and I treat your home with the same care I give your pet. If a pet is staying in my home, I make sure the space is pet-safe, clean, and free from hazards. I gradually introduce them to the new environment to avoid overwhelm and make sure they have a cozy spot all their own. No matter the location, I stay attentive, never leave pets unattended for long periods, and always keep you updated with messages and photos so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

I also make sure they have access to fresh water, cozy resting spots, and lots of affection. If a pet has special needs or preferences, I’m happy to accommodate them. In your home, I treat your home with respect and your pet like family. I stick to their established routine, including feeding, walking, playtime, and any medications or special care. About: I’ve have been watching friends dogs (2 or 3 at a time) for the last 4 years. I also helped care and walk my sisters dogs when we lived together for 4 years. I am always flexible with the schedule the dog is use to, but I am use to walking dogs in the morning and in the evening. I have a crate if needed. I have a small fenced in yard. No pets currently live in the home. I will care for your pets as you do.

“Susan & Corey were absolutely wonderful with my anxious & sweet Chihuahua. They stayed at our home and were extremely kind and wonderful with my dog! They gave him so much attention, belly rubs, and snuggles. Susan was also very kind at arriving very early on the first day so we could set out for our trip on time. The communication was also great with Susan and she made us feel very comfortable by sending pictures of my dog eating, snuggling with them on the sofa, and being happy. Susan also took great care of our home, brought in our mail and packages for us, and left our home nice & clean. She also left us a report card on their stay which we thought was a nice touch.
