About: I grew up with dogs in my household, small and larger. I was fortunate enough to be raised in a family where outdoor activities were a common occurance. We would snowshoe with the dogs in the winter, and take them to the lake in the summer. They loved it and it was always a blast. I was gifted a dog treat recipe book one year when I was a kid and I started baking dog treats every week as well. I still bake treats on occasion=). Since my childhood dogs have passed, and my parents have split, they both have adopted some fur babies of their own. My mom has two small dogs that I will look over from time to time, and my dad has two larger dogs, which I watch over more frequently. Since I had moved back to Michigan, I have had friends and family contact me about watching their fur babies. I am a total animal lover and an active person who can follow directions well. I did a lot of babysitting as a young adult and most all the families had pets as well, so one thing I always liked to do was go on a walk and we would take the dogs with us. I am 28 years old and am a down to earth person who will take care of your pets to the best of my ability. I do have a job outside of pet sitting but I am flexible with my schedule due to the nature of my work, I will always try to accommodate to the best of my ability I like to make sure that active dogs get the exercise they require, and plenty of love and attention. It is important to me that they are comfortable and happy while their family is away.
11. Kelsey H.
About: I have loved animals since I can remember, we always had cats, dogs, horses, chickens, ducks, and the occasional sheep or pig raised for the fair. Those experiences gave me a great understanding of animal care and responsibilities. I would love to host your fur-babies in my home (or come to yours). It’s just my husband and I and our two very active Idaho Shag dogs Odie and Pickles that are basically my children. Odie’s whole personality revolves around THE BALL so lots of fetch, outdoor time, going for walks, belly scratches, and treats happen in our house. I can accommodate whatever your dog is used to make their stay as stress free as possible and will ask you for any do’s and don’ts for their care, activity level, and training. I am experienced giving medications orally or intravenously, senior dog care, grooming and training. I do work a traditional 9-5pm job in a professional setting, but am very flexible, and go home for mid-day breaks. My schedule in the evening and weekend is flexible, just message me to see if I can accommodate. I own two very active Idaho Shag dogs, Odie an Pickles. They are free to roam in the home and on furniture, but also have a crate available for your pet if needed, or can crate mine. We are on a 2 acre, mostly fenced property adjacent to horse pastures If your pet has issues with livestock, or wanders please let me know and I can adjust my care as needed.
12. Lee A.
“Lee Artyomenko has always had a soft spot for animals. He will take care of your animal as if it were his own. His boundless energy will give your animal exercise and playtime, but he is strong enough to maintain control if they are energetic. He is honest and trustworthy and someone you will love having take care of your pet.”
13. Anna M.
“Anna is always great at watching my dogs and other animals, as well as outdoor cat. She gives each one snuggles which is IMPORTANT and sends me pictures/updates constantly. She even will clean my house cleaner then I left it before I come back so I come home to a clean home.. Anna goes above and BEYOND!”
14. Jessica M.
“Jessica is fabulous! so easy to work with and so nice. Will definitely use her again!”

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals and have taken care of young, energetic puppies and kittens to senior animals that need more help as well as caged animals and some livestock! Comfortable with walking, hiking, bathing, feeding, boarding, and making sure all their needs are met! I’m home during the week and can give your pet attention and care throughout the day. I’m able to check up on the dogs all day to make sure they are safe and comfortable. I have a large crate if needed and a large fenced yard. Animals are welcome in the home and stay inside at night. My dog typically prefers to stay outdoors all day, and I will stay around your dog while I am home, go outside with them, and leash them if needed. We are acquiring a large dog run for the dogs to freely run around in as there have been some concerns about dogs hopping the fence into the neighbor’s goat pen. I can walk the dogs around the neighborhood loop or yard to get exercise. We have a cat who comes in and out. If your dog doesn’t do well with cats we can keep her separate.

I have a fenced yard at home and a Great Dane at that loves to play. I make my own schedule and am home all day to spend time with your pet. I have experience with medicating and kennel training. About: My partner and I are dog lovers through and through. Nothing is more fun than spending time with all of our clients dogs. We are very active: lots of good walks, site seeing and quality time are sure to happen. I, myself have participated in AKC dog showing since I was nine years old, and have grown up training and caring for dogs. I have a lot of experience with both young puppies and older seniors. I have also cared for dogs with assorted disabilities including diabetes, blindness, and anxiety. I work from home! So, your dog is cared for 24/7. It is super important to us to get out and do fun activities with every pup we have as well. I am well experienced with leash safety as well as safety around other dogs should we encounter any on our adventures. If your dog likes to be in a crate, that is great for their own security, but I will not leave them there for long periods of time.
18. Chrissy L.
“We have had Chrissy stay in our home caring for our free roam house rabbit, Winnie, a few times for durations ranging from 1 to 2 weeks. She took care to read the information we left with her and learned about the special needs of our bunny, following all our instructions to keep Winnie on her accustomed schedule. She administers medications twice daily, cleans Winnie’s litter boxes, keeps Winnie’s play areas neat and clean, and spends time with Winnie so she doesn’t get lonely. Winnie is slow to trust, but Chrissy does a great job with her! Finding sitters familiar with free roam house rabbits is rare and we are so grateful to have her in our area. Chrissy leaves the house clean and tidy, which we so appreciate! She sends pictures and videos daily and is very communicative. When we have Chrissy staying with Winnie, we are able to travel worry-free. She is kind, smart, energetic, responsible, respectful and conscientious. It is without hesitation that I recommend Chrissy to care for your animal(s) and home!”

About: I’m so excited to watch your pups! I grew up with dogs in the home and can’t remember a time not having one. I currently have a Board/Aussie who is extremely social and loves other dogs. She had a older sister German Shepherd who crossed the rainbow bridge last year. She interacts and plays really well with all breeds. I’m a stay at home mom, so I’m able to play all day and we take multiple walks in the neighborhood. I live close to Lone Pine State Park and Herron Park, sometimes we walk those trails as well. I have a dog friendly home and a fenced in yard with toys galore. I know that our pets are true family and there can be anxiety when leaving them. I would be happy to send pictures/videos as often as you’d like! I’m also available for updates and any questions you have. Safety is very important to me and I adhere to all guidelines and regulations.
20. Antonio L.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was a young boy. When my mother who works for United would leave I would solely take care of our pets sometimes 5-days straight. We’ve had dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a pet lizard. - I’ve experienced every size and age range of dogs and cats and am not intimidated by the energy of puppies or the frailty of older pets. Bonding with animals is something I’m a natural at and I would love the chance to have fun with/ take of yours too! I do independent contracting currently and can choose my jobs/ hours so, tell me when you need work and I can most likely make it happen! I can do pet sitting, drop-ins, and walking. I have experience with dogs, cats, smaller caged animals (like hamsters), and small reptiles. I can do one- off drop-ins to let your dogs out for the bathroom, feedings, administering medication, or walk/ play.
