The meet-and-greet at her house went very well and I was so thankful to have a home boarding option for my very social dog Mugs (senior GSD-pittie-cattle dog mix) over the Christmas holidays. She sent regular photo and video updates and was transparent and proactive with any questions or issues as they arose. The option to pick him up and drop him off was an absolute lifesaver as well, since I was flying across the country to visit family and I could not guarantee that my booked return flight would return at the scheduled time.
