When we were leaving she met us part way so we didn’t have to drive since we were running behind. Throughout the stay she sent updates and pictures. When we got back into town she even brought Ellie to us so we didn’t have to get back in the car after a 7 hr trip. Super grateful for this option and very happy with how Ellie was cared for.”
