“Shauna is excellent! She watched my pug, Frenchie & three cats, for three nights in our home (For the second time). She did great with my dogs, even with my crazy Frenchie. She even watered my son‘s garden for him and followed directions to a T. The house looked great when we got home and all my pets were happy. I’m so thankful to not have to worry about them when I’m away. She’s the best!”

About: I’m a recent college graduate, excited to spend time with some wonderful doggies! I have cared for my family dog, Buddha for nine years. I have also helped family members and friends with house sitting, walk schedules, and doggy play dates! I am attentive to detail, capable of executing complex instructions, and treating your dog as if they were my own! I am a recent graduate from UCLA and working part time. I have a flexible schedule and am able to work around your pup’s specific needs! I will prioritize holistic care for your dog. In addition to quality time, I am able to complete complex instructions, walk schedules, housing needs, and more. I believe that my passion for dogs will ensure that you can maintain peace of mind away from your doggy.

About: I’ve been around dogs of all breeds and sizes my whole life and cared for most small and medium sized dogs for many years. I have a medium sized dog who loves being around other animals, but mostly likes dinner and naps! I’m currently working Monday through Friday 7-4 so weekend care is best for me. I’m available for evening check ins or walks. Because I’m a teacher, I’m available most holidays and breaks. I have a large fenced and walled in yard. There is a pool and that is gated off, too. I live in a quiet neighborhood that is great for walks. I have space to feed dogs in different areas so I can be sure everyone gets there full meal.

About: I have several years of experience dog-sitting in a variety of settings. I’ve helped run flyball shows, which gave me hands-on experience with high energy dogs in fast paced environments. I’ve also done long term overnight dogsitting for families who were out of town for multiple weeks, making sure their pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In addition, I regularly do daily drop-ins for dogs in my neighborhood and for families I used to babysit for, building strong and trusted relationships with both pets and their owners. Right now, I’m working a full-time job Monday through Friday, so my availability is limited to weekends for drop-in visits (not overnight stays). Starting in early August, my schedule will open up, and I’ll be more flexible and available for a wider range of dog-sitting services. My dog-sitting style is all about making each dog feel like they’re with family. Whether it’s my own pets or dogs I’m caring for, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—feeding times, walks, playtime, and even their favorite spots to nap. I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable by giving them plenty of attention, treats (if allowed), affection, and exercise. My goal is always to make them feel just as happy and cared for as they do when their family is home.

“Alexis was great! We had a last minute need to book a pet sitter and had some difficulty finding someone with all the dates open. We luckily found Alexis and she couldn’t have been more perfect. We did the meet and greet the day before leaving on our trip and knew immediately that we could count on her to be reliable compassionate with our dachshund. We could tell that he really liked her. She was very responsive in all communication and provided many great pics of our little guy while we were away. We will recommend her to our friends and make her our first choice for future bookings. Can’t say enough about her calm disposition and caring attitude. Thank-you, thank-you Alexis for being there when we needed you. Since we were away for a family death and funeral, knowing that we had someone as trustworthy as you to take care of our pet enabled us to focus on family and make the trip as best as it could.”

To be able to leave knowing my dogs and home are in great care gives me so much peace. I would 100 percent tell anyone to use Marie!”

Qualicia J.
“Qualicia is a great dog sitter she always comes over to my house when i need to leave for a day or two and takes loving care of my Beethoven. She washes him plays with him and sometimes i think he wants to leave with her when she leaves because of how well they play together.”

Peggy S.
“Peggy S. is an absolute gem when it comes to caring for animals. I adopted a pet from her who came in great health, well-socialized with people, other animals, and children. The pet was already nicely trained and calm, which speaks volumes about the love and structure Peggy provides. She’s also an incredible trainer—super knowledgeable and always generous with helpful, thoughtful advice. Her approach to training is rooted in positive reinforcement, which made my pet eager to learn and bond with me even more. On top of that, Peggy once helped cover unexpected vet costs for a pet I didn’t even adopt, just out of the kindness of her heart. She dedicates so much of her time, energy, and resources to making sure animals are spayed, neutered, vaccinated, and thriving. Anyone would be lucky to have their pet in her care—she truly goes above and beyond.”
