“Eric was great with our 2 dogs! They had a good time! He has a great set up with a large enclosed area and lots of room on his private property. Our younger dog Ali had fun playing with other dog friends. Our older dog Myra did well also. Eric stayed in touch and sent pictures. We will book with him again ☺️😊”

“Jennifer is the real deal- a true animal person, dedicated to giving quality care to our beloved pets. My cat Timmy had never gone to someone else’s house before this- Jennifer made him feel right at home, offering a calm and loving environment that I was able to see first-hand via her amazing videos. I feel so lucky to have found this option. She will make future traveling easy and stress-free!”

“Elizabeth is awesome! She was so patient and kind with my really nervous dog and went above and beyond to communicate with me and problem-solve as my pup presented her with some unforeseen challenges. I can’t imagine that there’s a better dog caregiver out there.”

I work from home guaranteeing your pets will be let out multiple times a day. They’ll receive attentive care and companionship in a safe, comfortable environment. They love to relax, play, and he makes friends with all animals.

“Ashley and family adopted Jedi as one of their own. They kept us up to date and in touch with timely texts and photos. I would not hesitate to seek out Ashley for pet sitting services in the future.”

About: With five years of experience, I've developed a deep understanding of dog care, gained from working at various doggie daycare and boarding facilities. I also provide home visits, walks, and host dogs in my own home. I foster for a rescue, ensuring that my personal fosters and client dogs are kept separate. I live with two cats, one of whom is very dog-friendly, and two female dogs who are more reserved, preferring interactions on their own terms. My male Pitbull, however, is very playful. All my dogs are comfortable crating overnight and when I'm at work. I can only board male dogs, or smaller, submissive female dogs under 30 pounds. I work part time I’m the summer with a varying schedule. During the school year I am a teacher. I am gone from 7:30-4 daily. When dogs visit my home they are leashed in the yard, and will probably keep a drag leash on them while they learn the boundaries of the home. I will crate and rotate if needed to give the dogs time to settle in. I can provide mealtime enrichment in the forms of snuffle mats, frozen meals fillable treat toys, puzzle treats, snuffle games etc. I have boundaries in my home when it comes to behavior and dogs will get breaks in their kennel as needed for cool down time or an overstimulation break. If a dog has structural needs or some behavioral concerns, I am happy to talk about how/if I can accommodate them in my home. We have an abundance of chew toys, stuffies, and balls for dogs to play with but we can also remove them if your dog has some resource guarding tendencies with new dogs. When doing drop ins in a client home I make sure to be non threatening when arriving and giving the dogs lots of space and time to get used to me before expecting to take them out of their crate. I would need a breakdown of the house rules and can hold the boundaries needed. For walks, I don’t want to be tugged around, so I can provide alternate tools to help the dog walk better, including but limited to; head halters, front clip harnesses, slip leads, prong collars(I am trained in how to fit and use them properly). This can all be a discussion before services are scheduled. I also prefer to meet all my clients beforehand to ensure a proper fit for my home. All of my dogs are utd on their Rabies & Distemper/Parvo vaccines as well as spayed and neutered. They receive flea and tick preventatives monthly. Any dog I take into my care will need to be utd on distemper/Parvo and rabies vaccines at a minimum. No UNspayed females. UNneutered males will be a case by case basis. They will also need to be on flea and tick preventatives as well. Preferably oral. Over the counter topicals don’t work well.

“Samantha and family took excellent care of our German Shepherd and Yorkie, we will definitely use Samantha again, our dogs were taken care of like family. Can’t say enough good about Samantha and family”

About: I am a huge dog lover<3 Caring for them is so rewarding for me. Learning their unique personalities and daily routines brings so much joy! I have cared for two Bichons for the past seventeen years. Since they both have now crossed over the rainbow bridge I am looking for a way to help others out... whether it is to take their dog for a walk during the week while they are at work or to care for them while their owners are traveling. I am mature and responsible... caring and loving your dog as much as you do. I have a special place in my heart for Senior dogs... my senior Bichon gave me so much love and caring experiences to share with others<3

About: I am working on starting my own business called Kaitlyn's Pet Sitting. I want to offer my business through Rover to get the word out there and build a client base. A little about me, I have worked in the animal care field for a very long time. I've worked in veterinary clinics and boarding facilities. I grew up on a farm and currently live on my own hobby farm with lots of land, chickens, horses and cats outside. I miss working in the animal care field caring for pets and I am looking to get back into this area of work. I have learned that dogs are more comfortable being in a home setting versus going to boarding facilities. A lot of dogs can develop stress related behaviors along with destructive behaviors from being at boarding facilities, that's why I want to offer this service to the community. I am currently working during the week Monday - Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm. But I am usually free on the weekends! I am hoping to eventually be available full time. I have a fenced in area for my dogs. My dogs are also crate trained for when I am away at work. All of my dogs love playing with other dogs! They basically grew up in a boarding facility when I used to work at one. I have a Siberian Husky, Australian Shepherd/Border Collie and 2 Chihuahuas.

“Andrea took great care of our dog!! She kept us up to date with pictures, videos, and check-ins! Our dog can be super shy when meeting strangers but she felt comfortable in her care. Highly recommend Andrea!!”

“Amy is absolutely a wonderful sitter. She has several dogs of her own and a great area for the dogs to play and sleep. She makes sure the dogs get acquainted first before they play together. Lily had a wonderful time and we look forward using Amy’s services again!”
