“Absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and patient with our shy, older cat. Kept us informed and sent photos and detailed updates after each visit. Her care and attention put me at ease while we were away. We would absolutely recommend Kristi and will ask her to visit again when we travel.”

“Elizabeth was wonderful. She was so kind to my dogs. They loved her. She also gave my one dog his medicine each day as well as walked them. I would definitely use her again. She is great!😊”

About: My neighbors, friends, and family have always relied on me for taking care of their dogs. I have played with dogs of all sizes, including taking care of puppies! I have owned a multitude of pets my entire life. Ranging from dogs to lizards to guinea pigs. My love for animals and caring for them is genuine. Currently, I have a golden retriever, two fish, and a dwarf hamster. I am currently in college, but am very available during the week. I am available Tuesday and Thursday after 1:30. And I am available from 12-2 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and anytime after 3 on those days. I can find availability during weekends if needed. I can walk dogs, play with them, let them out, and hang out with them whenever needed. Although I am unable to board dogs, I am willing stay with them at a clients home.
About: I have been around animals of all kinds and sizes my whole life. I have been raised to love and care for pets. I am attentive to their needs and love dedicating time—including play time—toward them. I have provided pet sotting services both in my home and in other homes, have administrated medications for my clients, and have performed nail trimmings and baths to keep pets looking their best. I am also good with walking dogs and teaching them tricks. I have taken care of senior pets. I am patient, kind, and respectful of all breeds. As someone who works from home, I am usually always with my pets! I wake up around 8am and serve breakfast. Lunch is at 1pm and dinner at 6pm with a treat and plenty of potty breaks in between. In my home, I have a fenced in yard and plenty of toys for fun. I also have four dogs and four cats, all vaccinated, to keep your pets company. In your home, I am comfortable doing whatever you need me to.
About: I have taken care of dogs for many years. I have my own pup that is almost 1 year old. Then at my parents house we have 3 other pups and I love them very much and are the most important things to me:) I am a graduate at OU and in need of some puppy love! I am able to work bright and early in the morning before class and later in the evening after my clinical! I love and care for pets so deeply. I will do every thing to make them happy, have fun and play a bunch, and just making sure they are healthy over all!
About: I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats every day. I recently raised my own puppy who’s now a happy, well-behaved 1-year-old, so I’m very comfortable with puppy routines, training basics, and high-energy pets. I also have a 5-year-old cat, giving me years of experience with feline behavior, feeding schedules, and creating a calm, safe environment for more independent pets. What sets me apart is my patience, consistency, and genuine love for animals. I understand the different needs of young, active pets as well as more mature ones, and I always treat every animal with the same care and attention I give my own. I work full time throughout the week as a dental hygienist, that makes after work a great time for dog walking! This also means pet sitting is strictly weekends so I can give your pet my full attention ! I create a calm, safe, and pet-friendly environment where animals can relax and feel comfortable. I stick closely to each pet’s routine—feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and supervision. Pets are never left unattended for long periods, and I keep their space clean, cozy, and stress-free.
About: Hello! I'm a dog-lover and grew up with multiple dogs. I've never met a dog I didn't like or who didn't like me. I am in the process of raising my own black lab, who is nearly 3 years old now. He is neutered and LOVES other dogs, but will certainly understand if your dog is more bashful. Helping with crate training and/or potty training does not scare me. If doing boarding, I have a nice-sized back yard for the dogs to play. My neighborhood is very dog-friendly and have multiple places to go nearby if your dog needs more room to exercise. Whatever your dog needs, I can make it happen! I’m very flexible. I work full time during the week as a teacher. Weekends are currently pretty free. I had no problem taking dogs during the week if they’re crate-trained. I can keep them in the crate or they would be allowed to wander the home with my black lab. I also have access to some great walking spots if they need more exercise.

I love all sorts of animals and can’t imagine my life without them!! I am a stay at home mom and am easily able to see to all your pets needs! Big or small we are here to serve you! We have 12 acres! Half is wooded and other half we have in fencing, barnyard and our normal yard. You fur baby will have plenty of room to roam and explore or if you prefer we are able to keep in the main yard! About: I have a pup of my own! I have worked at a boarding/daycare facility, feeding, letting out, and bathing dogs of all breeds and sizes, with the occasional cat, bunny, lizard, and even a parrot! I have also worked as a dog walker and sitter for a company in Kansas City, the best job i've ever had, but unfortunately had to move back home to Montana. My schedule included 30 minute walks, driving pups to dog parks and watching them play, staying overnight at clients' houses to care for their dogs (and sometimes cats) while they were away, and falling in love with all the pups that I was working with! I am currently available anytime I am needed! I'm very flexible and will be able to accommodate your requests, as I would like this to be a full time job!! I will treat your pet as if they were my own, lots of love and affection, as well as the high pitched voice they all love so much! I can follow your requests for their care, send lots of pictures and pupdates, and for walks, I will let you know when I arrive, and I have an app that shows where we walked and the exact time that I spent with your pup that I will screenshot and send to you at the end with the pupdate! My pupdates usually include whether they went potty or not, some little anecdotes from our time together, and lots of cute emojis🐾

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
