“I knew from our first meeting that Nathan and Jackie were the right choice to take care of my Sophie for the 2 weeks I would be in Japan. And I was right. They sent daily pictures/videos of: Sophie playing with their dogs Reilly and Bailey; the kids walking, holding, and loving on Sophie; and photos of some well-deserved chill time. We had excellent communication for the duration of Sophie’s stay with them. Nathan contacted me about a week into her stay to report an issue that he felt needed reviewed by her vet. I agreed and Nathan made the appointment, then took her for a vet visit. The vet also agreed with Nathan and gave Sophie 2 prescriptions. Nathan paid for the vet visit and meds himself (since I was not available at the time). For the next week, Nathan and Jackie gave Sophie the meds prescribed and reported back to me how she was doing with her medical issue. I am so thankful for Nathan’s keen observation and proactive stance on Sophie’s health. The vet visit and daily meds were more than they signed up for and they just took care of it all. I will definitely be taking Sophie back for future boardings, and may even have to take her for occasional visits so she can play with the dogs and the kids!”

I am in school on track to become a certified veterinary technician within the next couple of years. I am passionate about animal well-being! I am excited about the opportunity to gain even more experience with all different types of temperaments and energy levels! I can feed, administer medication (oral, injectable, and topical), socialize, and snuggle up with your fur baby. I can also put your pet in their crate on my way out if that is what you would prefer!

I treat every pup like my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well-exercised while you’re away. I am home all day as I work remotely! I take several breaks throughout the day to make sure the animals are taken care of. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 18 chickens. Our animals are out and about all day in our home and our chickens have a coop outdoors. We are always outside with our animals to ensure safety.

About: I was a petsitter for three years in Florida walking dogs, taking care of them at home and i have had dogs since i was an adult. With that role i was trusted to be reliable, loving and kind to the animals I took care of. I am a proud dog mom to Pete and Sandi. I love them sooo much!! I have volunteered at the Ark in Lacon and I am a US Navy veteran. I work in the morning and a couple days a week in the afternoon so I'm available during the day as needed. I am also available on nights and weekends. I have a large fenced in backyard for my doggies to run free. My pets are very spoiled. They sleep in bed with me. They have a multitude of toys.
