“Erwin and his wife were heaven sent. I loss my husband to COVID in 2021 and he never allowed anyone to manage our Cane Corso, Hunter. And he was never socialized. Therefore, I tried a well known pet agency that did not have staff that could get him to follow their commands - they pulled him and caused harm to his body. Therefore, I looked for other options and someone from Rover highly recommended Erwin and his wife . They met with me for a meet and greet. He met me again at a dog park - just to see his temperament and behavior around other dogs. When he finally stayed, he was handled with much patience and care. I felt like he was at home. Erwin’s wife was walking him in the yard with no issues. For the first time, I felt my husband would have been pleased with the love and care his dog was getting. I highly recommend them. You could not find a better family to watch over your pet. If you want your dog to feel at home with the same love and care you provide, Erwin and his wife are the one’s for you.”

“The care and communication from Patricia and Terry, and Mr. Ky (I cannot forget about him) was phenomenal. I had no worries leaving Cali in their care while i vacationed. “I left my puppy Seven with Keitel and his family while I was on travel for work and everything went great. From the initial meet and greet I knew that Seven would be in great hands with him. Seven is an extremely busy GoldenDoodle who has a lot of energy. I got pictures daily and videos which was great. It was my first time being away from him so the videos helped my anxiety. 😊…. I have booked with Keitel again for a quick trip. I could tell that Seven loved being with Keitel too. When I picked him up he gave Keitel much love and respect. Animals know who are good to them and for them. It made my heart smile to see Seven react to him that way as we left.”

“Jessica and her husband were really great with accommodating our last minute inquiry that required us to have Bruno board with them for 4 days! They sent updates through out the day with multiple pictures of our dog/son playing in their yard! Most importantly they made sure to provide a space in which Bruno was able to have so much fun while feeling at home! Thank you again for being so kind to him! We will be coming back to y’all on a monthly basis for here on out! Highly recommend!!!”
