About: I’ve had pets (dogs of all sizes and cats) my whole life and currently have two corgis. If there’s a dog or cat in a room, that’s where you’ll find me. I follow your instructions to a T because I believe the way you need pet care doesn’t stop when you leave for a trip. Also available for emergency drop ins and help, because you never know when life get crazy. Having pets myself, pet care it’s my routine! I focus my day around making sure pet’s needs are met, as well as try to go above and beyond to make them as happy as they make us. I follow your instructions to a T - if you need/want your pets cared for in a certain way, I’ll make sure that it’s done just as you need!

“Averi was very easy to work with. She is flexible and understanding. When I booked her for four-days, then had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, she immediately responded and helped process the refund. The one day that she took our dogs out for a walk, she walked them for a mile, ensured they had food and water, and she even helped mop up their accidents. When we came home to greet our dogs, they were much calmer than normal. I believe this is due to the time, attention, and care that Averi put into her duties. If we ever need a dog-walker, again, in the future, we will consider Averi first!”

About: I have experience with dogs my entire life from daily care routine to caring for senior dogs. Your member of the family would be treated very well and we are able to care for dogs that require special attention. Your dog would not go more than 2-4 hours without someone supervising them. About: My entire life we have had pets, so I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember! As soon as I moved out on my own I got my own dog. I have taken care of friends dogs, family member’s pets, and so much more. I currently take my dog on daily walks and would love for yours to join us! I am currently an online college student so I spend most of my time at home. I take plenty of breaks to walk my dog and play with her. I am available for weekdays and weekends for all your pet care needs! I have a very friendly dog who loves to play with other dogs. I also have a crate that I am able to use to crate dogs. I have multiple beds and comfy blankets for your fur baby to nap on. I am a firm believer that pets are family and should sit on the couch so your fur baby can definitely sleep on my couch. I am currently in a house with a fenced in back yard, less than a half mile from a dog park. If your dog were to roll in anything while outside I would ensure they were bathed after. If something happens to their toys or blankets, I will wash them.

One of my neighbors had a black lab puppy that they never let inside & never had company. One day, I walked up to their door, knocked & asked them to hire me to walk their dog everyday. I never looked back. Since then, friends, family, neighbors & strangers alike have entrusted me with all of their pet's needs. When considering booking with me, please keep in mind that I also work 35 hours a week, giving me plenty of time to pay attention to your pets. I do not have breed restrictions & am happy to work with any special needs or requirements your pet may have. FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS, I do require a meet & greet before booking to ensure that everyone (including your pet) is comfortable and to be able to ask/answer any questions we may have for each other. I've found this helps to ensure trust between all of us. Please be upfront with any triggers or quirks so I know exactly how to take care of your pet. *The meet & greet is a FREE service to ensure we're all a good fit for each other before the stay. For the time being, I do not offer boarding in my home. During my stay with your pets, I provide the utmost care & attention to your pet & their needs. About: I have worked in the animal care industry since I was 14 years old. I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I work full time, but only mid day so I am more than capable of doing morning and afternoon visits as well as mid day on the weekends. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely. Working at a veterinary clinic I have learned a great amount about safe animal care (including with reactive animals).

When my schedule was hectic, I too used Rover and really valued a great walker/pet sitter. I was the happy dog mom of my 115lbs Great Dane named Ava who was my baby. She crossed the rainbow bridge over a year ago now, and I now find myself lonely without my girl but unable to replace her. Rover has become a refuge for my heart, caring for others pets with the same love and compassion I had for mine, is truly my passion. I will treat your pet just the same as I did my Ava. I feel comfortable walking and handling large breed dogs, and have a lot of experience with dogs who have special needs, specific diets and all together just need extra care and attention. We will have walks, tons of play time and I will feed them as well as administer medicine if needed. I would be happy to come to your home for walks, check-in visits and to pet-sit for the day, I also have some availability for pet sitting in my own home . I have open availability as I am home for the entire summer and fall. We have our own house on a large plot of land with lots of space! I’m currently available 7days a week, from early morning walks/check ins, to late evenings. I’m available at all hours so your furry friend will never be left alone without someone to check on them. When it comes to caring for your pet in your personal space I have a “leave no trace” policy. Your home is an important space that should be treated with respect and with me as your Rover sitter it will always be exactly as you left it, plus one happy dog, of course.

About: When I was 14 I decided to intern at the SPCA and my love for the job has grown. Over the years I have worked with Veterinarians to dog trainers, have worked under a pet groomer, and have had friends and family ask me to watch and take care of their family members. Currently, I am in school for the Zoo Technology program. I have busy mornings and a long Tuesday but am available for afternoons and nights. I have two of my own cats and they are my best accomplishments. I know from experience that trusting someone to care for your pets can be extremely hard. I have no issues picking up after a puppy/kitten or an older animal and I’m good at keeping on a schedule for feeding or medication times.
