About: I’ve taken care of neighbors pets since I was a kid, waiting for the day I got to have and love my own. I think our animals deserve all the love, attention and time we have as they deserve nothing less. I am now a stay at home mom to my baby girl born in 2024. She and our 2 dogs and 1 cat are my day to day. I would love to fill my days with more activity and love for more pets. About: I have cared for labs for the past 20 years. Raising them from puppies to seniors. I have taken puppy training and walking classes. I love to walk and hike trails. My daughters are grown. About: Ive taken care of pets since I was 7. Ive been around all types of dogs and have learned to understand their needs and your needs! I will write a list of your dogs needs and make sure to strictly follow it so your pets feels comfortable with me in your home! I am home all day everyday and if I need to go out its for no longer than an hour or two! So your pet will not be lonley. I feed my dog in the morning and take him for a walk. Then we come inside and get some chores done. Then we play in the back yard or hop in the pool. Then I feed him again and go for another walk. About: Currently have a dogs and a cat. Was up to 8 cats and 2 dogs after rescuing a litter of and an single orphane. I also rescued my own dog as well after she was abandoned by a friends roommate. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
