A big storm came through on one of the nights Kimmie was watching our dogs and when the storm sirens went off in the middle of the night Kimmie made sure the dogs were safe in our (unfinished) basement. She went above and beyond to stay with them to keep them calm, so that was a big plus! She did a great job communicating with us when we were away and our dogs seemed to thrive with her. That’s even more notable considering our younger dog lost his sight a few weeks prior to the dates we used her, and she navigated that unexpected concern beautifully!”

About: I am an experienced pet care taker. I had a dog of my own for 7 years before she passed away of a heart condition. Before that my family had dogs and cats growing up. I also consistently foster animals through one of the organizations in town. I work from home and can be pretty flexible about my schedule. When I have a dog I'm usually taking them out over 2-4 hours based on age and need. While away depending on the dogs need I I have dog gates in my home, so they will be restricted to where they are in the house when i'm around and when i'm not around. My place is clean and is a decent size - it is an apartment.

About: I have had a dog as long as I can remember. I have dog sat for multiple family friends with different breeds. I am good at taking dogs on walks, playing with them, feeding them, and more. I can adapt to different temperaments. I have also taken care of a 14 year old dog that had a very specific schedule and needed constant supervision to help keep away from potty accidents and very specific feeding instructions. I work full time but don't start until evening. I am able to sit with your pups more most of the day. I already love to sit around with my old lady dog. I can tell when she's in a mood to play so we play until she is done and ready to go take some more naps. I would love to play with your dogs as well! I will only watch your dogs in your own homes. I can follow any instructions you want. I can bring a ball with me but you will need to provide other toys if desired. I like to be in the same room so I can see them to make sure they aren't doing something they shouldn't be.

About: Huge dog lover! I am highly dependable and active with a 1 year old Springer Spaniel who is sure to wear your dog out!. I've grown up with dogs and am the resident dog sitter for friends and family. My work hours are 7:30 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday and I come home at lunch everyday for 30 minutes. I am typically home most evenings.and I'm off in the summer! I have a fully fenced backyard with a Springer Spaniel, Millie. She sleeps in a kennel next to my bed, is spayed and is working on her manners. I love going on walks and playing fetch in the backyard.
