I've also helped friends with training new habits and retraining old ones. I live with my elderly parents mowing the lawn and helping bring in the weekly groceries but after that my time is my own. I've found that having something to do outside the home is also rather rewarding (and going to the gym can be expensive.) For the dogs I sit for, I ask their owners to provide food and outline a schedule to maintain routines. I also ask that owners provide a current phone number and preferred veterinarian in case of emergency. I only work with one pet at a time unless there are multiple pets in the same household and they get along with each other.
About: Ever since I was little I’ve been taking care of dogs as I had my own German Shepard for quite a while. I love to play with dogs and bathe them.
