During the school year, I stick to a reliable routine and will always communicate clearly about my availability. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old and I begged my mom and dad for a puppy of my own. I’ve taken care of family and neightbor hood dogs consistently since then and have volunteered at local dog shelters to help clean up and walk dogs. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and come from a family of rescue lovers. I currently care for my own rescue dog, who has severe anxiety, and caring for him has taught me a lot of patience and how to recognize each pet’s different personalities and needs. While I’m new to Rover, I’m excited to get started and build meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners. A little about me! I work as a therapist during the week. Outside of work, I love reading, staying active, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family. I truly enjoy caring for others—whether that’s people or pets! I take pride in making sure your pet feels loved and comfortable while you’re away, and I always try to leave your home just as I found it (or even a little tidier). I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll care for yours like they’re my own. I work during the week, primarily on Tuesday through Friday mornings and evenings. Since I work virtually some days, I have flexibility in my schedule as long as I have a quiet, confidential space for my clients. This allows me to be available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care throughout the week when scheduling permits. I'm also fully available Saturday through Monday and enjoy spending my free time with animals. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and have always had multiple dogs. Whether it’s a small Yorkie or a big Boxer or Doberman, I have experience taking care of all types of dogs. I also have been riding horses since I was five years old and have worked at my barn for many years riding horses, cleaning out stalls, turning them out, and grooming them. Last year, I was the head of service for the equestrian team at my college and we volunteered for the local SPCA with both dogs and cats. I know the responsibility of taking care of animals, and will care for yours like my own. I am currently an online student at a community college, so I am pretty flexible during the week. I am planning on taking in person classes during the spring semester, so my availability might change a little thought the week. I have a boxer at home, so I know the responsibility it is to take care of a pet and the area around you. I am a very organized person and keep things very clean. I will clean up after your pet, take them on walks depending on their routine, play with them, etc. I understand it is a change for them to have someone different there, so I try to make their routine as similar as possible so they can adapt to a new person.

About: I grew up in a household where we nursed animals back to health. From geese, to squirrels, to kittens. It’s in my blood to nurture and care for animals. I have a 9 year old cat, that I have been taking care of since I was 11, I also have experience with puppies starting at the young age of 2 months and raising them. My cat also has medical problems, so I am experienced in administrating medication to animals as well. I am currently studying psychology, and one way I wanted to go with it was animal psychology. I am more than just interested in the adorable faces and the love animals have to offer. I believe animals are intelligent creatures of life, who deserve the utmost respect and love. About: I've been around animals my whole life chickens, cats, dogs, ect and I've had my own dog for about 7 and a half years while taking care of other people's dogs and cats I'm pretty flexible with my schedule and right now, my current job schedule is 3p-11p every Friday and 3p-11p every other weekend. By the end of August I will be busy on Wednesday afternoons I have my own car so in the event of any mishap, emergency, or just a change of scenery for your pet I can provide that. I'm also very detail oriented so I ask many questions to ensure I know as much as possible about your pet so that they can be safe and happy in your absence.

I am athletic; I play college basketball and would love to take your pet on a walk or run around the yard. I am very flexible when it comes to the requirements you leave me for your pet. I think gentle is the best approach. I also can crate your pet if that is a requirement, I have done that for family friends many times.
