About: My wife and I live on a farm with plenty to explore! I’m a full-time teacher, which means patience, consistency, and understanding individual needs are a big part of who I am. I bring that same approach to pet care. I’m reliable, calm, and always focused on keeping pets comfortable, happy, and safe. When your dog is with me, they’re treated like family with plenty of affection, routine, and communication so you feel confident while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into our routine. My wife or I are almost always home which allows us to give pets full attention and avoid any rushed or distracted care. We live on a spacious property where dogs have plenty of room to explore, and we make sure outdoor time is always supervised. We use secure tethers and leashes to keep pets safe while still giving them the chance to enjoy fresh air and play. Whether inside or outside, we stay attentive to where the dog is and how they’re doing. Our goal is a calm, safe environment where pets can relax, stretch their legs, and feel comfortable and cared for.

This was the first vacation where I didn’t feel the need to constantly check my phone worrying about my pup. I ended up going on vacation during the January 2026 snow storm we had. I got stuck in Texas for an additional two days because all planes were grounded we finally decided to drive the 17 hours home. The whole time she was easing my mind adding xtra visits to make sure my pup was taking care of while I was stuck. I even had a scare with my pipes in this weather and her and her dad were able to come to my house at like 6am and make sure Kaia was okay! She went above and beyond making sure me and my pup were good. I will never use another sitter except for her! I will never forget her kindness and willingness to help me!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life—I’ve never known a home without a dog. Growing up, I had the opportunity to care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic Jack Russell Terriers to loyal Labrador Retrievers and loving Pitbulls. I was always involved in their daily care, whether it was taking them on walks, feeding them, or making sure they stayed up to date with vet visits. My love for animals has only grown over the years. Two years ago, I adopted my dog, Russell, from a shelter, and he has been my loyal companion ever since. I also have two cats, Chief and Reid, who keep life interesting and have taught me even more about pet care. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I love making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. As a part-time Graduate Assistant, I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day to care for and play with your pups, especially on the weekends! As a dog owner myself, I know what it's like to worry about your pet while gone. I will ensure pets are fed, exercised, and groomed according to their needs. I provide loving companionship, and follow specific care instructions for each pet’s well being and comfort.

About: I have loved every and all animals since I was a little girl. My parents always called me Ellie Mae, growing up. I would love nothing more than to love on your babies! I am a stay at home, home school momma, so I have plenty of time to play and love on your fur babies! 🫶🏻 ❤️ I have a fenced in back yard, approximately 2 acres for your babies to run and roam. I have 3 dogs and a cat, that can provide them some friends. Or I can keep them separated, if that is more their thing.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my patience, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals of all personalities. I have two labs and two cats of my own, including a rescue we welcomed into our home, so I understand how important trust, routine, and a calm environment are for pets. I successfully introduced all of our animals and helped them learn to coexist comfortably, which gave me valuable experience with animal behavior, slow introductions, and reading body language. I’m comfortable caring for both energetic and anxious pets, and I take pride in making animals feel safe, loved, and relaxed while their owners are away. I also genuinely enjoy the little things that make a difference — keeping spaces clean, deep-cleaning litter boxes, sticking to routines, and giving pets individualized attention based on their needs and personalities. 🐾 Pet care is already a huge part of my daily life, so caring for other animals fits naturally into my routine. “I recently moved from NY to KY and was in need of someone to help care for my four dogs. I had spoken to many people and wasn’t comfortable with anyone as I had my prior dog walker in Ny for over 10 years. I found Tanika and she and I hit it off right away: she was super accommodating to my ever changing schedule. I was nervous to have my one rescue dog meet anyone because he could be unpredictable. Tanika came armed with treats and was relaxed and so easy going with all the dogs that he took to her first!!!! Tanika had been above and beyond amazing . She helps with my dogs that have medical issues and she is always there when and if I need her. She takes care of my dogs as if they were her own and I’ve never had to worry about them when I’m away. About: I grew up in a house with dog lovers, so we had as many as 4 dogs at one point! We have had dogs from puppies to final days! I'm super comfortable with any breed! I'm currently a PA student, so my availability is pretty flexible. I'm usually always free on the weekends when most people need pet sitters for exciting weekend plans! I'm usually always free in the evenings during the week, as well. I can do whatever you need for your fur baby while away! I know how it is to be so nervous that your babies aren't taken care of while you have relatively no control since you aren't home! I will do whatever you need to ensure they are completely taken care of!

About: With your pets permission, they will be loved on. Pets in my care will be treated like family. I have been around pets of all kinds my whole life and have pet sat for over 5 years! The only days of the week where I’m out for more than 3 hours is Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am at home otherwise, the more time I have with your pet, the better! I do have two cats, so they will likely be separated from your pets in a boarding situation, but I live next to a dog park so it is easily accessible for pups. I have many cat toys and treat varieties as well.

About: I’ve been taking care and training dogs since I was 13! I’ve had dogs from a young age and have always been around them. I helped train my brothers service dog and have learned to groom (not professionally) my two mini golden doodles! I have done many services for dogs including: walking, feeding, bathing, grooming, giving medicine, clipping nails, and much more. I take care of my two mini golden doodles everyday! I also have a very flexible schedule and am willing to help take care of other pets all throughout the day and week, when I’m not working (part-time). My two mini golden doodles are very playful but also very sweet with other animals. My fiancés family has 3 dogs and they love to play with our dogs. I would not only take care of your pet with food or other necessities, I will also provide lots of pets and treats (if allowed) to allow them to get the attention they desire most!

About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart and I am eager to give back what they so willingly give; love, acceptance, understanding, comfort, and joy. In the last two years, I have gone from four dogs to one, due to Cancer and Congestive Heart Failure, and I must admit that their absence has affected me deeply. I miss them so so so much!! I'm one of those people that celebrated their dog's birthdays and bought them copious presents for Christmas. While my friends were pulling out their family pics, I was always pulling out my dog pics. I share this same sentiment towards birds, rabbits, and cats; all of which I had growing up. Being surrounded by animals as a child was a great experience. It even prompted me to volunteer at the ASPCA for almost a year. As I hope you can tell, I will not only provide what your pet needs to survive, but I will also provide him/her with special attention and love. I look forward to meeting with both you and your pet! Until then, take care! I will be able to fulfill any house/pet sitting duties without any issues, as I am able to balance my obligations responsibly and with respect to myself and those that hire me. While pet/house sitting, I will abide the rules given to me. This could include when they play, where they sleep, any medications needed, when to eat, etc.

About: I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats and horses, so animals have always been a part of my life! Besides helping out with our own animals, I worked at a dressage barn throughout high school and showed horses throughout college. I have also taken care of family and friend's dogs and cats for extended periods of time. Pets have influenced my entire life and I understand the importance of every pet's health, safety and happiness. Besides caring for my own cat, I do have a 8-5 job. Because of that, my schedule works best with weekend petsitting or after work check ins.
