“Couldn’t ask for better. They cared for and treated our Jasmin as though she was their own baby. Kail and Brenda are wonderful folks who went above and beyond. On our return Home, our flight was significantly delayed and they kept Jasmin an additional unplanned night without hesitation which was such a relief for us and was so comforting. Highly recommend and I’d give them 10 stars if I could!”

“Our 15 year old Australian Shepherd was well cared for during our two week vacation. We were out of the country and we could relax and enjoy our time away knowing that he was in good hands.”

“Mary was very great with Maxie she made my dog feel at home and provided as much comfort as possible to her. Thank you for your great service we will be booking again with you!”

“I highly recommend Jen! I was stressing about leaving my fur baby and she made the experience easy to ensure I enjoyed my vacation. She sent pictures and updates each day. It was clear she was trying her best to make sure Marshall felt comfortable and cared for while we were away! We will definitely use her in the future.”

“Brenda and her husband Tim were awesome keeping Miles. Miles is a very senior dog with osteoarthritis in his back end, so his hind legs are weak and he's on meds for that. They kept to his feeding/medication schedule, and they accommodated his walking by avoiding steps. Brenda was great to send me updates with pictures and short videos. Miles came home a happy old man.”

“omg, Mel is amazing! My mom and I always heard bad things about Rover, but we had a family emergency during Master's week (everywhere was booked!) and we decided to try our luck on Rover and found Mel, we instantly fell in love (as well as our two dogs)! Mel is amazing with communication, keeping your pets happy, and Grey is an amazing playmate! We will be booking again either for trips or whenever we need a break from our dogs. I highly recommend Mel <3”

About: Hi there! I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I grew up with two cocker spaniels, then added a beagle and a spirited Jack Russell terrier to the mix. Now, I share my life with two beloved cats and recently took in a sweet rescue dog. I have a calm, reassuring energy and a deep respect for each animal's personality, needs, and quirks. Whether your pet is shy, active, elderly, or just needs company while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. I'm happy to do house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walks—always on time and with updates so you never have to wonder how things are going. I’ve also cared for senior pets, administered oral meds, and navigated anxiety and reactivity with patience and kindness. Let’s talk about your pet’s routine and how I can help. I’d love to meet your furry friend! I am currently unemployed and looking for part-time or full-time employment, so feel free to reach out! I can devote a lot of time to the care of your pets 🐾 Drop ins and dog walks, I don't usually house sit. I can pick up your mail if you're out of town. I prefer clients that live in Abbeville County but can travel as needed.

About: Hi, I'm Megan. I’m excited to connect with you and your pet before our first visit! Together, we’ll find a time to chat and ensure my services align perfectly with your pet’s unique needs. I believe in providing personalized care to create the best experience for your furry friends. I’ve been working with animals since my teenage years and started professional pet-sitting in 2018. As a military spouse, a mom of a sophomore in college, and a pet mom to two cats and a senior golden retriever, I understand the need for a trusted pet sitter. I also have experience as an assistant vet tech, and my family and I foster animals with various needs. I specialize in cat care, special needs pets, neonatal care, and senior pet care. My ultimate goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your pets are in safe and caring hands. I understand that leaving your pets can be a source of concern, and I'm here to alleviate that worry. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about my services or rates. I do not charge separate fees if you have a dog and a cat. My schedule for travel or vacation care is designed to be as accommodating as possible. As I work remotely, I can adjust my visits to fit your needs. Typically, visits are scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm within a window of time, but I'm open to other arrangements if needed. If your pet has time-sensitive medications, please let me know so I can ensure the visit is booked at the exact time needed. Overnight stays are typically from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am with a 15-minute midday visit. If an earlier arrival time is needed, please request that in advance. Cost adjustments are based on time, distance, and additional midday visit requests. I'm always open to discussing any changes that you and your pets might need. If you have any questions regarding availability, I encourage messaging or scheduling a quick call with me before booking. Visits are set up to engage your pet while meeting its needs while you're away. Depending on your pet, this may involve cuddling on the couch, playing games, or even just sitting near them to bring comfort when their humans are away. Visit durations are entirely flexible, based on your preferences and your pet's specific needs. From feeding and medication to exercise and cleanup, I tailor my services to meet your pet's needs. For the safety and well-being of your indoor/outdoor cats, I maintain a strict policy of not allowing them outside during our visits, even if it's part of their usual routine. This ensures your cat's safety while you’re away. If you have feral or barn cats that need food and water, I'm more than happy to provide that.
