“Tim was INCREDIBLE!! We came to Tahoe for a wedding and last minute our plans for our dog’s care fell through. Tim not only took her last minute, but he didn’t just take care of her. He loved on her, took her hiking and to the lake, and made sure we knew she was being well taken care of. I was grateful to know she was in good hands and I never once worried about her the entire time because he was incredibly communicative and sent some great pictures of her. I can’t thank him enough and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the Tahoe area.”

“Melissa watched our pup while we stayed in a non-dog-friendly house on our first trip to Tahoe. She was responsive, friendly, and able to accommodate us at the last minute when our other sitter canceled. I always feel guilty leaving Frankie with a sitter he doesn't know. But Melissa sent us lots of photos and updates; you could tell Frank was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of everything, she even sent us home with a cute framed photo of Frankie that we have on our mantel! HIGHLY recommend Melissa - especially for dog owners looking for a guilt-free weekend trip :) We'll definitely be reaching out whenever we're in Tahoe!”

“Diana was absolutely wonderful! It was so comforting to receive daily photos while we were away so we could see how much fun our dogs were having and that they were happy and content. They have a loving and caring home; we would be delighted to have them to host our pups again anytime in the future!!”

“I'm so glad I found Gina. We wanted to make a short weekend getaway to Tahoe with our kids but we didn't want to leave our pup back home. Knowing we were still close by if needed gave us peace of mind and we had a great time knowing that our pup was safe and having fun. Gina was lovely and quick to respond to my request. We're already looking forward to returning and now I know who to reach out to.”

“Shannon was wonderful! Rosie had the best time and came back happy! Shannon was a great communicator and sent us pictures of the adventures they went on! Without hesitation we would book Shannon to watch our sweet pup when in Breckenridge!”

“Teeda was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we dropped Rousey off at her home, we knew she was in great hands. She has great areas both inside and outside for the puppies to play as well as tons of areas for walks nearby. Teeda sent tons of pictures and updates daily. Next time we come back to Tahoe we would absolutely book with her again!”

“Marcelo is amazing! He gives incredible updates and takes lots of photos. We felt so reassured knowing that he was taking care of our boy. Highly recommend if you're in the Tahoe area!”

About: I have a 5 year old gsd mix. I grew up with black labs but now i am surrounded by rescue dogs! My have 2 wonderful (furry) nieces named Scout and Winny that are full of energy. My family fostered 9 dogs successfully when I was in high school and I have cared for puppies and older dogs of mostly large to medium breeds. I have also had 2 cats and a pet snake in the past and am open to all animals and reptiles! I studied wildlife biology at Colorado State and now work here in stateline as a biologist. I only work 4 days a week and am able to commit my weekends to dog care! Jepson gets along w all dogs if you want to tag along on a dog- friendly hike, swim, bike ride or just plain walkies! I have a large backyard in the heart of south lake Tahoe that even my runaway dog hasn't gotten out of yet! We do daily walkies and weekend activities such as biking, hiking and swimming. Usually spend at least an hour in backyard with the dogs a day as well!

About: I am a dog mommy of a medium 14 year old pit mix, Roxy. I love all dogs and have family with everything from a Chihuahua (with no teeth) to a dopey Great Dane named after prince George. I have babysat all of their dogs and love to play outside with them. I like to run and hike with my dogs and we like to be silly together. She is getting older (14 years old) so she is not as active as she once was. I'm an educator, so my own pup is used to me being gone during the day, but because of holidays and summers I'm also free frequently. My own dog in the past struggled with stubborness and reactivity, so I know how to work with stubborn dogs and easy going dogs of all sorts. I have also worked with geriatric dogs and know what a struggle it can be when dogs are getting into old age. As an educator I work Monday through Friday (most weeks) during the day, and am home evenings, but have extensive availability weekends and holidays. My schedule can be somewhat flexible I am available to come to your home if your dog needs some company or can have your pup at my place. I also have transportation for taking your pet to the beach, river, or parks. I am happy to run, walk, or just hang out with your pets.

“Choi was a fantastic sitter for our puppy! She took him on several walks, kept us well informed and took lots of photos for us. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout his overnight stay under her care!”
