About: Eric has been working with dogs since 2016, with over 5 years of professional experience in boarding, daycare, pet medication, and training. Throughout his career, he’s handled dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. His training journey began nearly a decade ago and continues to this day. From basic obedience to behavioral work, Eric brings a calm, confident presence that dogs naturally respond to. His background required constant awareness of canine body language, preventing conflicts before they happen, identifying signs of illness, and maintaining a safe, enriching environment. Morgan brings a lifetime of hands-on experience with animals, especially horses. Her work with horses has given her an exceptional sensitivity to animal behavior, expression, and energy — a skill that transfers seamlessly to dogs. She continues to ride and care for horses, and her gentle, observant nature helps even the most nervous pets feel at ease. Pet care is fully integrated into our daily lives. I (Eric) work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays, so the dogs have consistent company and supervision during those days. The rest of the week, before heading out, I care for dogs first thing in the morning—feeding, potty breaks, and any necessary training or structured time. I'm always home by around 4:30 in the afternoon to resume care, walks, playtime, and more. Morgan is home most mornings until about 9 or 10 during the week and is often able to return home quickly if needed. Between the two of us, there’s rarely a long stretch without someone here. While we’re both away, dogs are safely kenneled to ensure they stay secure and avoid getting into anything that could harm them. This routine keeps their day consistent, calm, and structured—something we find dogs thrive on. Our schedule gives us ample time to care for, engage, and provide training for each dog we welcome into our home. We care for dogs like they’re part of the family—with structure, play, and lots of love. Dogs are fed morning and evening, go out for regular potty breaks, and enjoy a mix of activities based on their energy level. High-energy pups can enjoy fetch (we’ve got a great hill and a long leash for it!), tug, or puzzle games for mental stimulation, while our daily walks help keep everyone balanced. When we’re briefly away, dogs are kenneled for safety. We love all breeds and personalities and tailor care to each dog’s needs.

“Stephanie was amazing with my giant 80 pound not very well trained ?. She sent pics and was very responsive to messages. And she’s very friendly and welcoming. If she lets me I’ll hands down use her from now on!”

“We only had our pup for 6 weeks when it was time to leave for nearly 3 weeks for our wedding and honeymoon. We were so nervous/guilty for leaving her and Erica made everything okay! Iris had SO much fun playing with Erica's dogs, we got great photo updates every few days which brought us peace of mind. She took great care of our little girl and has the added bonus of being super affordable - she's a fantastic find and we will be using her again the next time we leave town!”

“Five stars! This was our first time leaving the dogs with someone in Rover. I was very nervous. The dogs loved Sherry and we will use her again in the future. She sends pictures with updates. Sherry is kind and understanding. Our little senior chihuahua has a lot of trust issues and doesn’t care for people, but he enjoyed Sherry’s company. Thank you Sherry for keeping our kiddos safe and happy!”

“Sara was an amazing Rover sitter. From the Meet and Greet to the stay, Sara was organized, calm, and caring. She welcomed Bruno into her home and cared for him like he was her own dog. Sara sent daily pictures and videos, and provided us with detailed updates. Bruno came home happy and well-adjusted. I highly recommended Sara, and we’ll be looking to her when we need a sitter again.”

“Adam took excellent care of my Golden-Doodle. Nessa is often very timid and when left with sitters in the past, bolts for the door as soon as I arrive to pick her up. That wasn’t the case at all with Adam, he clearly bonded with her in a way that made her feel safe and welcome in his home. Adam sent pictures regularly that showed Nessa happy, playful and well-loved. I will definitely be booking with Adam again.”

“Our dog Otis had a great time with Erica during his two night stay at her home! We got plenty of updates and photos/videos. He came home content and very tired from all the playing he got with another dog!”

“She was great with our mini bernedoodle! She sent lots of updates and pictures and even went out and got plain Greek yogurt for him to put in his Kong. He came home very happy from his stay!”

“Tara was amazing with our special needs fully diapered senior English Bulldog. Tara lived in her just like we do and have her the upmost care. Even with accidents Tara was very kind and accommodating. I will definitely use Tara again and highly recommend her for your pet care needs!”

“Sometimes taking a vacation is stressful when you have pets. That is no longer a worry since we had Eric take care of Maggie while we were on our last vacation. We used to use a kennel but all of the noise seemed to stress Maggie out. Eric took great care of Maggie an sent pictures and updates daily. She didn't even want to come home!”
