I’ve spent the last 15 years caring for dogs, including two beloved seniors who recently passed in 2021 and 2025. Betty, an English Bulldog who was “thicker than a bowl of oatmeal,” and Sadie, my blue-tick coonhound/beagle mix who was a true treat connoisseur with a heart of gold. Losing them has been incredibly hard… but also a powerful reminder of just how special the bond with a pet really is. Caring for other people’s pets has become a form of healing and therapy for me. I'm at home to take care of your dogs! If your dog loves water, I have an inground pool for them to cool off in the summers. My yard is fenced in so they can get the exercise needed. I can also crate your pet if needed also. Whatever is best for your pet.

About: Hello! I am in Apple Creek. I provide full-time services for you and your dogs. Boarding in my home, daycare, dog walking/hikes. I have had 7 jack russells over my lifetime, rescues and hospice care. We have a Chihuahua Jack Russell mix who is 1 year old and gets along with everyone. I hike a lot and would love to walk your dog. I can accommodate special needs, meds and special diets. I will always respect your feeding preferences. I have completed all training classes from puppy to obedience and certified therapy dog. I am a bit of a dog whisperer and can probably help you train yours if you have any unwanted behaviors. I am flexible so let me know how I can help you. My goal is to make this my full-time gig. Book away! I love to do boarding if you need to go out of town. We will take your dog on walks and give lots of snuggles. I prefer smaller dogs and the older the better. Senior dogs are my favorite . I will spoil them and send them home. I have a fenced in yard. I do have two crates and can crate if needed but this is not a training method I have ever used myself. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and can sleep in bed with us if they want. I will only feed what you bring and respect all of your feeding preferences. Special diets are welcomed.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life because I love them more than anyone or anything! I have raised and cared for all ages, genders, and sizes of dogs and cats from puppy to senior, and have extensive experience with all aspects of animal care. I would treat any dog or cat, in my care as my own baby..giving them special protective individual attention...whatever they need and whatever is best for them. I relate to animals and we enjoy each other. My home is geared toward dogs and cats all the way through it with several separate outside runs, and several indoor runs....for cats I have several dedicated rooms and houses and an outdoor protected condo just for kitties! I walk my dog on a leash and will do the same for yours. You can board your pet at my home or I can visit in yours.
