About: I have always loved being around animals, but due to my living circumstances and travel activities, owning a pet has become complicated. After retiring in 2022, I stumbled upon pet/house sitting as a means to satisfy my travel urge and my desire to be around animals. In the three years I have been house sitting, I have cared for dozens of family pets in cities all around the US. I have a part time job working a few hours just a couple of mornings a week at a YMCA. However, I have plenty of room in my schedule when I am not traveling. Rover makes it possible for me to satisfy the urge for animal companionship when I am in KC. I do not have the space or circumstances to allow me to care for other people's pets in my home. However, I am willing to travel to your home to care for your pet when you cannot do so yourself. If you need to be gone overnight, I am willing to come and offer your pet the companionship they need to feel comfortable and safe. Similarly, I am happy to do drop-ins to let them out, feed them, take them for walks, clean their litter boxes, etc. As mentioned, I have been actively involved in pet sitting on TrustedHouseSitters for the past three years and have many 5-star reviews for my efforts.

About: Hello! I’m Jordan and I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, thanks to my mom being a dog groomer and breeder. From attending flyball competitions and dog shows to pet sitting during high school, I’ve developed a deep love and understanding for animals of all kinds. About: Ive always been the family member that other members have asked to care for their dogs/cats while they were away. Grew up with a household of dogs and a cat and love all type of animals and ages! A dog truly is a mans best friend! Always return the love that our pets have for us Currently a student and football player at the local University! Classes vary but end early in the day. Would love to spend my free time hanging out with your furry I have a fenced back yard where my three dogs love to run around and sunbathe. They are always given dry food and water right by their doggy door and i try to play with them for 30 minutes a day

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life! I have one dog of my own right now, Ranger. He is an Alaskan Klee Kai and I have raised him since he was 8 weeks old, he is 7 now. I also have experience with rabbits, hamsters and fish. Some experience with cats, horses, chickens and Guinea pigs. I currently work night shift Tuesday- Friday 3:30pm-2am. I am a mother to 2 little ones and love spending time with animals. I am completely free on the weekends and Mondays. During the other week days, I am only available in mid-late mornings- early afternoons. I hope to meet you sooon We are currently renting and can not have any extra animals at our house. I will stick to your/ animals routine as much as I can. Rest assured, you will be in good hands with me. I do not mind cleaning litter boxes/ cages or light housework as well

About: Full-time dog mom with two full energy dachshunds boys. I’ve lived with dogs my entire life and have experience with all breeds, big and small. My two babies are considered family and I always do my best to make sure they are well loved and taken care of. We love going on walks and cuddles on the couch while relaxing in the evenings. I have plenty of experience administering medicine or dealing with picky eaters since my babies have put me through both. No matter the furry friend I will always do my best to make sure they are well loved and taken care of. I’m currently going to school and only have classes on Monday and Wednesday. Aside from that I spend most of my day at home with my babies and am able to do drop in visits or walks at anytime. I have a fenced yard on post which my babies use, but am also comfortable with walking or regular potty breaks. My babies are also allowed in furniture so I’m used to sleeping with them or letting them have full range through the home. I’m also comfortable with more strict rules since I have grown up with pets who have been kennel trained.

About: I'm grew up life at farm which with many animals. I love pets. There many story to telling. It can't explain.:) just ask me any.:) I work at home and I am always free and take my dog for a walk! I love to walk too which is known we me busy and I make a dogs happy and dogs make me happier! My parent has a big fence back yard. So the dog can play, enjoy, and be free! I always walk through the forest too and I can take the dog with me to hike on leash too in back forest tho!

About: I have a strong passion for animals and have been pet caring/sitting for family, friends, and acquaintances for the passed 12 years. I have 4 happy dogs of my own, as well. The newest additions we got at 3 and 4 months old and training has been challenging but rewarding! Support dogs in the making. I am a US Army Veteran. I have a beautiful wife and 2 beautiful children that are aspiring dog trainers themselves. I enjoy training and working with dogs that have minor behavioral issues such as; leash/walking difficulties, potty training, barking/chewing, excessive energy, etc. I pride myself in my level of patience and excitement for working with, or just spending time, with all kinds of animals. I like to say that I communicate better with animals than people. I have a large vehicle therefore I can transport pets as needed. The largest I have transported is an 150 pound great dane comfortably. I would also like to add other animals to my list! I have several years of experience working with horses and tending to common farm animals (chickens, ducks, geese, cattle, etc.) I know that is not a service offered through Rover but I would gladly stick to the same rates with other animals as well! I’m currently working a part time job from 6:30AM to 1:30PM, Monday through Friday. I would be available to walk early in the morning or after I am off of work! I am flexible and available as my household is taken care of so I am free to focus on others’ needs! I strive to have a mutual respect driven relationship with the animals I tend to. In turn I offer the utmost patience and care to my animals while still maintaining discipline and order. My goal with each client is to establish the ground rules you have set with your pet and maintain or better those.
