“I highly recommend Amber for any dog sitting or dog walking needs, no matter the size or personality of your pup! I have a 110 lb lab mix and a 70 lb Great Pyrenees mix—both can be a handful at times—but Amber handled them with confidence and care. Her experience with larger breeds (including her own huskies) gave me peace of mind from the start. What truly impressed me was how she connected with my younger dog, who is very skittish and slow to warm up to new people. By the end of the week, not only had my pup warmed up to Amber—she was jumping on the bed and cuddling next to her, something she rarely even does with me or my husband. I was amazed! Amber also sent me photos of the dogs every day to keep me updated, which I really appreciated—it helped so much when I was missing them while away. Amber went above and beyond to make our dogs feel safe and loved while we were away. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again for future stays!”

I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I’m available in the evenings and the weekends and I’m not opposed to staying overnight to keep your fur baby company. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was the age of 10! I am able to administer medication, feed, walk and of course give loves! I work full-time, but would love to watch your fur babies part-time. Whether it is a one-time thing or a recurring thing. I’m usually always available! Unfortunately I live in an apartment so I do not have a fenced back yard, however I love walking dogs, and give them as much loves as I possibly could. I am not allowed dogs at my place except mine, but I am willing to stay at yours if needed.

About: I have grown up taking care of many different breeds and ages over the past 19 years from puppies to seniors up to 16. I'm experienced with house training, obedience training, and medication administration (including insulin shots for diabetic dogs). I've had the privilege of pet sitting for many friends, family and neighbors, which has included potty breaks, baths, walks, feeding, and some grooming. All pets I look after always receive lots of attention and lots of lovins, as I treat other's pets I am looking after like they're my own. :) I work from home and only part-time, so I have a lot of free time on my hands that I would love to spend taking care of fur babies! -If boarded at my home, I live in a townhouse that is pet friendly and includes surrounding yard areas. (both front and back) I share it with my adopted 5 year old fur baby, Ellie, that is a chocolate lab mix with a couple other breeds. She is caught up on all vaccines, neutered and sees the vet regularly. Ellie is an absolute sweetheart to all dogs and people she is around. If you or your pet prefer to not be around another animal, I can always crate my pet or keep her in a separate room if needed. :) -If pet sitting at owner's home, I would be very respectful and follow any and all directions given. If preferred, I can send updates with pictures of your fur baby/babies and how they're doing as much as you'd like.

About: I've been trusted by friends and neighbors for more than 35 years to care for animals of various types, including dogs, cats, horses, fish, birds, rats, and guinea pigs. I am currently searching for full-time employment but until then, I'm going to make my love for furbabies of all kinds into an income stream. I provide leashed walks, fenced unleashed supervised time, toy play, as well as reinforcement of your training. My own cat is trained to sit to receive meals, treats, and is learning tricks. I use positive reinforcement with any commands you're already working on including leash training. I'll also bring in the mail and put the trash out if needed.
