About: I have lots of experience administering medication to dogs and cats and I am comfortable doing so. I am also comfortable watching puppies, who are not potty trained, and cleaning up after them. I have had many puppies in my life and cleaned up a lot of messes. Depending on your requests (and your dog's preference), I will take your dog on a long (2 to 3 mile) walk a day or to the dog park (probably in Pheonixville: on Longford Rd). A dog deserves to get all his energy out, and I do not charge more for walking them. I recently moved to the Valley View Apartments in Pottstown, PA. I work part-time at The Home Depot (6 minutes away). I have a BA in English from Stony Brook University in NY and I am returning to School this fall, part-time, to begin a new journey in Engineering. I love dogs and I would enjoy watching them and taking care of them. I have had dogs my entire life, and due to my recent move, this is the first time in my life I am without them in residence. Your dog(s) is free to go and sleep wherever they want in my apartment. My dog, Oliver, is a gentle, sweet pup with random bursts of puppy energy. He suffers with epilepsy, which is where I gained experience administering (over fifty: not an exaggeration) pills a day to my dog. Our dogs and cats are free to go wherever they want at the house back at home and when they stay here at my apartment. Although I am not living with them currently, I believe taking them out either for a long walk or to the dog park for at least forty five minutes is essential.

About: When I was younger I used to take care of my neighbors dogs, house sit for them and walk their dogs. I've also raised other animals, like ducks, rabbits, reptiles, and fish. From the hamster in the 80s, turtle in the 90s, and a number of cats and dogs throughout my adult life (as well as a cockatiel), I have always had an amazing connection to animals. I currently have one small rescue dog (Terrier mix) who is about 12. I am routinely the one who will feed, water and walk pets belonging to family and friends. A little about me...I'm an HR Professional who has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years now. I love the human side of what I do, and thought that having a 'side gig' using those skills of connection and empathy, along with what I have learned over years of caring for my own animals would be a natural fit! I am also a mom of two amazing teenagers and am a recreational runner. Currently, I am available part time for morning and evening walks, and drop-ins for feeding, watering and play for vacations or other situations. I'm currently available throughout the day until August 2nd, and then mornings and evenings after this. I typically have a 3 day notice before taking on a service, however I am occasionally able to accommodate emergency pet care so if you find yourself in this situation, please reach out. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life but in the previous 5 years is when I started to watch and take care of them more often I have plenty of time during the week and or weekends to watch 1 or multiple animals. I can stay overnight or do multiple drop in visits a day. I will make sure I have eyes on them on the whole time and tend to their needs when they need something. I will never walk them without a leash and steer away from other dogs being walked when I’m walking yours.
