About: Hello, my name is Alex! Animals have always been an interest of mine (fun fact: my favorite animal is the grizzly bear) and I love caring for them! I've been taking care of my family dogs for the last 5 years and recently adopted my kitty a little over a year ago. Outside of that, I volunteer at my local shelter and have been hired to walk dogs by neighbors as well as dog/ house sit from time to time. I may be new to Rover but I am not new to being dependable and responsible! I am currently a Junior in college and do not work a job during the academic year. My main constraint is classes when school is in session, but other than that I will work diligently to fit into whatever schedule is needed of me! I know how difficult it can be to trust someone else with your pet. This is why I do my absolute best to make sure each fur baby is treated with the same love and care that I would want for my own. My goal is to give them - and you - the absolute best experience possible.

About: I have worked at an animal clinic for 10 years. I started out working in the kennels taking care of the animals boarding. I worked my way up to now assisting in surgeries and treatments. I also do some grooming like nail trims, anal glands, all over cuts, and baths. I can administer any medications needed. I am currently working on shifting my schedule into being a stay at home mom so I am available all throughout the week and the weekends. I have a fenced in yard with 2 playful pups of my own. I also live in a subdivision so any pup that needs a nice long walk I can do!

About: I have a dog and 2 cats if my own so I consider myself experienced in pet care. I have dog sat for many years now for both neighbors and family. I don’t mind cleaning up after pets and I can give medicine to unwilling pets. I don’t currently have a job so I am free whenever! I am simply looking to make some money to help with college in the fall. I have a fenced backyard and my pets are friendly. I can easily crate your pet if that’s what they’re used to. I can also come to your house to take them out and give them plenty of love.

Take care of friends and families animals all the time. I’m currently only working on Wednesday and maybe other days but I’m rarely busy so I would love to take care of any kind of furry friend that needs care and love when home alone. I do not have a fenced yard but I have leads in my yard that your furry friend can be hooked to by their collar or harness so they can play with my two friendly dogs who love making new friends

I am most comfortable with cats and dogs, but I have experience with chickens, guinea pigs, and fish as well. I am comfortable taking care of just about any animal if given directions. Therefore I am very flexible and I can accommodate whatever schedule you need your pet to be on. I do not host pets because I have a cat of my own, but at a client’s house, I am more than happy to do whatever makes them feel comfortable in terms of safety, trust, etc. I will do any number of check in’s with you (ex. send a picture of your pet once a day, once a visit, text you updates only if needed). Unless explicitly stated by the client (ex. “you can help yourself to anything in the fridge”), I treat their home as I would a workplace- come in to do my job, dont interfere with anything that does not directly have to do with that. If there is anything else you have questions about in this area, please ask!
