About: Don't let my babyface fool you. I have over 10 years of experience in nearly all pet care industries: boarding/daycare, grooming, and training. I spent about 2 of those years at a dog training school specializing in "ill behaved" dogs. No animal is too much or scary for me- I'll love them all like they're my own pet ♥️ Currently just an unemployed college student (classes are 9am-4pm, Tues-Friday) so I have all the time in the world to help you with your pets. Currently don't have a car though so my ability to get to you is dependent on the bus schedule and routes. If you're more than a 30 min walk away from a bus route, $20 inconvenience fee will apply. I am quite good at following whatever instructions you leave behind and making your pet feel as comfortable with your absence as is possible. I'm familiar with a variety of training techniques which help me to individualize my interaction with your unique pet.

I often travel with my long-time partner, Thomas, a 31-year-old teacher from Canada who’s always chasing the next great wave. As a freelancer working from home, I have the flexibility to change my environment while enjoying the company of pets. I love the balance it brings - caring for animals while maintaining my work routine and incorporating them into my active lifestyle (hiking, walking, running). I also live in a house in East Sooke, close to many forest and seaside walking trails. My backyard is surrounded by nature, and I can easily secure a pet on a leash so they can safely enjoy the sun while I work outside beside them. If a pet’s routine is quite structured, I adapt my work and activity schedule to match it. Otherwise, I usually start the day with something active (running, walking, or hiking) and go for another walk in the afternoon. Since I work from home, pets always benefit from my company, whether I’m working indoors or outside. I’m also just a text or call away, and I love sending daily updates and photos to owners. Having a car makes me very flexible in case of an emergency.
