One thing I really appreciate about Kathryn is that she lets you know when she is on her way to check on your pet. This proved particularly helpful when I realized I made a booking error one evening. I noticed it was past the scheduled time, and Kathryn hadn't said she was coming over or started the check-in. I looked at the app and realized I had booked for the next week. I contacted Kathryn, and thankfully, she was available to check on my cat that evening. This instance shows how flexible and helpful she is. Even without this situation, I would only have good things to say about Kathryn. She is always on time, and if something comes up, she lets you know. Plus, Kathryn takes some really cute pictures!”

I love to do house sitting / boarding , your dogs will get lots of one on one attention, walks and more ! I usually only work 30 hours a week so I have plenty of time to care for your animals,available on weekends , I work around 4 days a week sometimes it can be up to 9 hours. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a friendly Husky of my own, so I’m very familiar with energetic dogs and talented escape artists! I’m always extra mindful when opening doors, using leashes, and making sure pets are secure at all times. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space with the same respect and care as I would my own. If your dog stays with me, they’ll have access to a fully fenced yard for supervised play, a friendly Husky companion if they’re comfortable with other dogs, and a crate available if they prefer or are crate trained. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for throughout their stay. I have lots of experience with high energy dogs , puppies and senior dogs :) I of course will send pics / vid updates .
“Rayna and Zach are absolutely terrific with my dogs. I was very nervous about introducing my 13 year old dog and new 3 month old puppy to strangers but they warmed up to them right away. Not only did they take care of their basic needs (food, water, bathroom), but they also took the time to teach my new puppy some essential tricks like not biting when he plays, being calm when entering the crate, etc. I come home every day with two tired, well behaved, and mess free pups. About: I have had my 2 dogs since they are 8 weeks old. I would be so happy to look after your babies. I have a fenced yard with protection from dogs getting out. I currently work from home more than 3 days a week and can change accordingly. I’m flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. Your babies will have 24/7 care and love with us. I have a fenced yard, a large dog crate, couple dog beds. I have one golden retriever and a Labrador retriever. They are very friendly and playful. We have giant water fountain and toys for dogs.
About: I’ve always been an animal person! I grew up with both cats and dogs and now have two cats of my own who are very much part of the family. I’ve also spent years helping care for the pets of family and friends, as well as dogs and cats in the homes of families I’ve nannied for. I’m happy to go on walks, play, give lots of attention, or just hang out with a pet who wants some company while their people are away. I know how much I worry about my own pets when I leave them with someone else, so I want you to feel comfortable knowing yours are being loved and cared for while they’re with me! I’m currently a full-time graduate student, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I spend a lot of my time studying and working on school from home. I’m not currently working outside of school, which gives me plenty of availability throughout the week for pet care. I’d especially love to add some regular dog walks into my daily routine, it gives me an excuse to get outside, take a break from schoolwork, and spend time with some four-legged company! I’m also available for drop-ins and am happy to work around your pet’s usual routine rather than expecting them to work around mine. I will follow your pets normal routine and any instructions you leave regarding schedules, medications, and preferences. Expect to receive pictures and videos of your friend when they are in my care as I love when others do the same!

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
