He sent updates, pictures and even video at least once if not twice daily. Any questions I have had he was very quick to respond. Even though it was raining one day over Charlie's stay, he still got plenty of exercise and Jessica was prepared with plenty of towels to keep everything dry. She was also flexible with us on figuring out a proper pickup time! I would highly recommend Jessica for any overnight boarding!”
