“INCREDIBLE PET SITTER! I've lived in multiple states and she's the best I've had by far. She went above and beyond to take care of my floof! I'm so grateful. Just the best!”
2. Melanie P.
“Melanie was absolutely lovely to work with - very sweet with my highly anxious rescue dog, taking the time to make friends with her. Melanie also sent lots of photos and even went above and beyond by doing little extras around the house. I was worried about having a new person look after my dog but after meeting Melanie, I felt so much better about it. I travel a lot for work and am already rebooking her again!”
3. Katie H.
“Katie has a heart for animals. She has been around animals her whole life and it really shows. She did an awesome job taking care of my pets while I was away from home. She is very knowledgeable and has a caretaker personality. I would highly recommend Katie to take care of my pets.”

About: My family and I have been raising dogs my entire life (mom was a vet assistant for 20 years), but I have also raised cats, rats, fish, birds, ferrets, bunnies, and even one gecko! I have previously worked at a canine services kennel that boarded pet dogs as well as specialty service dogs (ie. bomb sniffers). I currently have one fur-baby at home, she is a 3-legged dog I rescued who has a birth defect, was emaciated, and riddled with parasites, including heart worm. These days, though, she is perfectly healthy, happy, and weighs a solid 35 lbs. Her name is Dee Dee. We are always careful to lock doors, pick up items off the floor, and we never travel anywhere without our leash and (if possible) harness.

About: As a child, I always had a deep love and compassion for animals, though I never envisioned myself as a pet sitter. That perspective shifted when a tragic event struck my family; my brother's beloved dog was killed at a local boarding facility while he and his family were on vacation. The profound grief and sadness we experienced opened my eyes to the importance of trustworthy pet care. From that moment, I vowed to ensure that no one else would have to endure such a painful loss. It became clear to me that I had something meaningful to offer to pet owners: my unwavering dedication to their furry companions. I am passionate about taking care of and protecting your fur babies as if they were my own. Fast forward to today, I’ve decided to turn my love for pets into a pet-sitting business. I believe I would be a great pet sitter because I treat every animal as if they were my own. I take the time to get to know each pet's preferences, routines, and quirks, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away. In my care, your pets will always receive the utmost love and attention. You can rest assured that I will do everything in my power to provide a safe, nurturing environment where you never have to worry about your beloved pets. Whether it’s going for long walks, playing fetch, or simply snuggling on the couch, I strive to create a home-like atmosphere for every pet. My dedication to providing personalized care means that every pet I sit has an enriching experience filled with love, attention, and fun. My mission is to give pet owners peace of mind, knowing that their furry family members are in compassionate and capable hands! As a stay-at-home mom to a beautiful little girl and two beloved fur babies, I have ample time to provide the attention and care your pets deserve, regardless of their schedule. My flexible availability means I can accommodate your pets’ needs at any time, ensuring they receive love, companionship, and the best possible care. You can trust that your furry friends will be treated like family in my home! I have a fully fenced-in yard, providing a safe space for your dogs to play without the worry of them getting out. Additionally, I have extensive measures in place to ensure their safety. With a spacious shed and garage to store their belongings, there's plenty of room for all their toys and supplies. Your dogs will also have the chance to socialize and play with my two friendly fur babies, making their stay even more enjoyable. If you prefer, I can also come to your house for pet care. Just leave me clear instructions, and I'll take care of everything to ensure your pets are happy and well looked after!

About: I’m very proficient in animal husbandry and training as I’ve been around horses and dogs my whole life, I have also volunteered at many facilities including Veterinary offices and attended 4 years of Vet assisting in high school as well as participating in FFA and being exposed to all different kinds of animals. One of my previous jobs was at a dog daycare/ boarding and training facility where we not only ensured the dogs enjoyment and safety but aided in the training of client dogs as well as our rescues under our head dog trainer. About 2 years ago I worked in Grooming as a bather dealing with a variety of dogs daily and having to handle difficult cases while completing their grooming process. I currently own and run my own Dog Training Business, where I work with everything from puppy basics, to behavioral modification, to service dog training. My goal is to keep your safe but give them the exercise and socialization they need but the fun they crave. I myself have 3 dogs of different breeds, one is a Cannan mix, and 2 Belgian Malinois. I’m experienced with dogs at all stages of life and development, as well as dogs with behavioral issues and keeping everyone involved safe. I’m working to build my business after we recently moved to the Huntsville area so I can easily work around my current schedule to help with your pets needs. I give frequent updates to clients and try to answer any and all questions they have along with giving piece of mind and following their pets normal routines as closely as possible. I offer a lot of enrichment and mental stimulation as well as socialization when possible. I’m a dog groomer who works part time which allows me to make my own schedule and fit my clients pet care needs on a case by base basis. Safety and animal welfare is my number one priority. We operate so that every person and dog are as safe as possible in any given situation by utilizing double leashes, crating, continuous supervision, and any other safety tools needed.
