About: I have been an animal lover and pet owner my entire life. Over the years, I have been a pet parent (or pet grandparent!) to fish, birds, mice, rats, and even ferrets! As the current owner of one rotten Border Collie and six spoiled cats, my pets aren’t just pets, they’re family. I understand the importance of keeping your pets safe, comfortable, and stress free when you can’t be there. I would love the opportunity to give your fur babies the love and care they need, and deserve, in your absence. I am currently a stay-at-home wife and the mom of one grown and flown daughter with plenty of time available to take care of you, and your fur baby’s, needs. As a trusted person in your home, careful attention detail and leaving things as they found them is of utmost importance to me! I want you and your fur babies to be comfortable and secure in the fact that I will care for them in a way you would, and carefully follow any care instructions given to ensure their safety, and your peace of mind.

About: I have decades of experience with both cats and dogs! I have a reactive/senior dog that I have had since he was a puppy. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I have had training with him, to help give him his best life. I have experience with both dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten to senior age and every age in between. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. I have experience with dogs with special needs, such as, blindness and special dietary needs. I have experience with active/herding dogs as well. My senior dog Willow, was a boarder/lab. She recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. She was over 13. She was a very active girl. I also have 2 grand dogs. A 4 year old male Great Dane/hound and a 1 1/2 year old male Australian shepherd. I take care of them from time to time when my family needs me too. I also have several clients that I regularly take care of their pets while they’re either at work or away on vacation. I offer several types of services for your pets. I can do drop ins/potty breaks, walks/playtime or overnight stays when you’re away or on vacation. I also provide photos/videos, so that you can see how much fun your fur baby is having while you’re away! I do have experience with multiple dogs/cats households. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) and helping to provide caregiving services for your pet! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available most days with notice ahead of time. On occasion, I can do non-scheduled pet care times as well. When caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions for your pets needs. We can discuss how much time your pet can be left alone, as well as, if they need to be crated while left alone. If I am taking care of your pet while you’re away for overnight stays, I will generally check on your pet every 4 to 5 hours unless noted otherwise.

About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: I’ve had a dog at all times since the age of 13. My oldest dog of 14 years passed away several months ago with cognitive decline allowing me to be very understanding and knowledgeable of senior dogs as well. I also have experience with breeds such as the Belgian malinois so I am also equipped for dogs with high energy needs. Dogs are treated better than probably even the people that come through my door and I will do the same with your pup! :) THERE IS ONLY ONE DOG IN MY HOME OTHER TWO LISTED DOGS DO NOT RESIDE IN MY HOME I am only available for evening drop ins and walks M-F however I only work half days on Fridays making me available for boarding Thursday evenings-Sunday evenings as needed! I am also available for drop ins on single days Fri-Sun as well: As someone who has worked in home health in the medical field as well as pet sat my whole life, I will always be respectful of your home. I currently live in an apartment however we go for long walks and frequent the dog parks in town (if requested by you only). About: Currently a Vet Assistant. I have become familiar with the body language of dogs and cats of all sizes. Coworkers have relied on me to spend time with their own pets for as little as a few hours to a few days. I always do my best to make sure your pets are as comfortable as I care for them. I have plenty of time on Saturdays and Sundays to play with, watch, or walk your pets as you need. Whether you need me to stop in or have an extended visit! I will maintain open communication and send pictures with how your pets is doing. I will always check to see if there are any hazards before leaving and follow instructions for your pets that you might have.

About: I have owned many animals throughout my life. I currently have a German Shepherd puppy and two cats. The love I have for animals runs deep. I will treat your animal as I would mine. I have a lot of experience with larger dog breeds and high energy dog breeds. Your fur baby will be treated with love, care, and kindness while in my care. In the future it is my dream to open my own rescue and help all the beautiful animals who have not been shown the love and kindness that they so genuinely deserve to be treated with. I’ve had animals since I was a young girl and I genuinely find comfort being around all fur babies needing my help out there. I am free Monday-Friday after 3:30 pm and any hours on the weekend. Available for evening visits if your stuck at work, getting home late, want to make plans but need to tend to your animals. My animals are family so they are well taken care of at home. About: I have been a dog walker for 6 plus years and have my own 4 year old bully mix! I regularly care for another dog as well! I give love as if they are my own and spoil them rotten! I give medications, care for wounds, post surgery care and have done chemo treatment trips and after care! I currently have part time hours at work. I am available mornings, evenings and weekends! I have plenty of extra time and love for all your pets! A nice home with a good sized fenced in yard for lots of play time and sunbathing! I have a very playful and loving pup myself who loves everyone and everything! During the work week our pup is only alone about 4 hrs a day and we do have a camera so we can check in on her. When there is another pup in our home we do keep them separate while no one is home for safety and comfort for all. When home they can all run and play as much as they want! Lots of toys and outdoor time! Supervised meal times as well!

About: My wife and I love animals. We have relied on Rover sitters for our animals and want to provide others with the same opportunity. We have a German Shepherd of our own who is very sweet and loves other animals as well. We promise to take the best care of your pet as possible and spoil them as much as we’re allowed! I work from home and can be available any time, day or night. My wife is off 3 days in the middle of the week to help provide any care. We have a partially fenced yard and no neighbors that are very close. Our yard is large and can provide any needed exercise and play time.

About: I worked at PetSmart for over a year in the grooming Department. I also worked for doggie style pets in Philadelphia . Before I started grooming I worked at Sobo Dog daycare as well in Baltimore. I really enjoy working with dogs and getting to know them and the pet parents. I want to make a safe environment so they're comfortable that their pets are taken care of. I'm hoping that later down the road that I can possibly find a career in this and I feel like this is a good way to start. About: I can help! I have just over four years raising my dogs. I also have some experience rescuing dogs when I was growing up. And a variety of pets from snakes to cats.
