About: Hi! We are Kayla and Austin! My partner and I have Been around many animals especially dogs, our entire life. I (Kayla) Have my grooming license and have dog sit, helped with rescues and administration of medications, physical therapy ect. Offer enrichment and lots of space to run and play! **FYI** if anyone is uncomfortable boarding at my home because we have dogs, we are more than happy, and capable of keeping your pet completely separate while still giving them a positive experience with plenty of space and love. Update 08/13/25 Just to be EXTRA cautious, unless you request otherwise, we will be keeping our dogs separate at all times. I currently have an open schedule so will build and work around everyone as I go. Working on building a great efficient and FUN routine! I have a fully fenced in back yard to play in and lots of toys and enrichment stuff to do while here, can also bring enrichment to other homes. Also can do baths, nails, ears, brushing..anything dog, I'm in!
About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs in my house my entire life! My family and friends always turn to me when in need of drop in visits or longer pet sitting time frames when needed. I am an active person, so I love taking animals on walks or even to the park! I am a college student making me pretty available if you are willing to work around my class schedules! I also am very active so I would love to take animals on walks or even runs if able! I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, so I am very familiar with how to take care of them. In my household we believe that animals are part of the family too, and love to shower them with attention and love!

I work from home so my dog really hadn't ever experienced any extended separation ever, so I was elated to find a caregiver that also would be able to provide that same constant presence (since my dog can be a pretty needy attention hound!). Shannon allowed me to go off the grid for a few days without a care, and provided picture updates daily that assured me Marseille was not losing her mind and giving Shannon any grief. :) I would not hesitate to have my dog stay with Shannon again, and honestly think she should probably increase her rate considering the service she provides.”
