“Theresa is great with our 2 dogs, they seemed to accept her as part of our pack almost immediatey! She is prompt, takes great care of them for our drop in visits, and I highly recommend her services.”

“Thank you for always taking such good care of Squeak!”

“Denise was AMAZING with my two kitties! Being that my kitties are still young, they have A LOT of energy so finding someone that loves playing with them, and loving on them was important to me. Denise went above and beyond! Everyday she sent me a summary of how the visits went and multiple pictures of my babies. Thank you again, Denise! I will definitely be a repeat customer shall I ever need kitty help again. ❤️”

“Abby Went Above and Beyond for My Medically Fragile Cat Abby is hands down the best cat sitter I’ve ever had. My cat Fatty is medically fragile and doesn't eat much, but Abby made sure she got the calories she needed at every meal. She didn’t just feed her, she was gentle, patient, and truly attentive to her needs. I received regular updates and photos that gave me peace of mind while I was away. Abby also went out of her way to clean up after Fatty and spend quality time with her, giving her the attention and care I hadn’t even asked for. What truly amazed me was how she connected with my other cat, Michi, who is incredibly shy. No other sitter has ever been able to interact with him, but Abby did, and even got him to play! I’m so grateful for the care Abby provided. She exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.”

“Reliable, timely, neat and gentle! Thank you for your sweet care of my two cats!!!i”

“Katelyn is amazing! She goes above & beyond to make sure your fur babies are well cared for while you’re away. She’s given my family such peace of mind with photo updates, staying in touch, quick responses, & her schedule flexibility. I highly recommend her if you need someone to care for your furry family!”

“I know we’re all a little crazy about our pets, but I would say I’ve far surpassed that and I am extraordinarily picky about who I trust to watch my kitters. Finding Mindy was a godsend! I felt completely at ease with her in my home—I received picture and text updates, a very sweet video collage of her time with my fur baby, and thorough communication about all of the minor details. While I’m thrilled to leave this 5 star review for her, I’m also slightly concerned that her schedule will fill up and she will be more difficult to book in the future! She will always be my first pick when I need someone to watch Cleo :)”

“Andrew did a great job watching Shem. We loved the photos and status updates. Shem had a great time :)”

“Kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, Olivia is the BEST! I was gone for ten days and didn’t have a worry about my kitties thanks to her care. 10/10, Would Cat Again!”

“Jackie was absolutely wonderful! Super communicative, dependable and caring. Would absolutely book her again for any future visits.”

About: My first pet sitting job started at age 13 with my neighbors 2 emu's and their newborn baby! If that isn't unique enough, their pet duck was aged 17 at the time and his name was Fred. I offer dog walking, drop-ins, and petsitting. I'm currently working part-time and have great availability to care for your pet. Must be in the Johnson Lane area, preferably near Pinion Hills Elementary school off Stephanie. Although I do not offer pet in my personal home, I am open to pet care in the client's home in the Johnson Lane area.

About: I have had pets for all my life which made me very passionate about taking care of dogs. I am very reliable person that will go above and beyond when taking care of your animals. I am currently a full-time employee based in Nevada, working in Carson. I am available to come in during the evenings on weekdays and at any time on weekends. I always make sure my dog is well cared for, providing plenty of food and water. I ensure she stays comfortable and warm on cold nights. When meeting a dog I’m not familiar with, I take the time to let them know me before engaging in play.

“Lacey was awesome, took great care of my kitties and even watered my plants 🙏 super grateful.”

“Amber has watched my 2 kitties several times. She seems to get just as excited to see them as they do her. She’s reliable, kind and sweet. I will always be calling Amber for help with my girls. She’s the best!”

About: I have experience with puppy training and am looking into becoming a sitter and possibly a host for Guide Dogs for the Blind. I've rescued many animals but currently have no pets. I love having the companionship of a dog to get out on the trails for running or hiking. My schedule is flexible. I prefer to have a list of acceptable canine behaviors from the dogs owner as people have differing opinions on what is allowable behavior. I personally love to snuggle pups on the couch but know a few people who would like the dog to remain off of the couch. I'd like a dog to maintain suitable behavior from the owners perspective. I am looking forward to getting to know your dog's personality and spending time with it. Prices may be negotiated with repeat clients.

About: I reassure your animal is comfortable while missing you. I take my time and let them know how many nights until their parents return. I keep them occupied and I find out a way to play. I also talk to them letting them know their good boys and girls and that Mom and Dad will be home in x nights. This is a method I use with my Aunts Schnauzer and I find she is able to relax and enjoy the present moment better Pet care would fit my current life perfectly because due to chronic migraines I found holding a traditional job, impractical. However 5 years ago on a whim I started dog sitting again, and to my delight found it enjoyable, comforting, rewarding, and delighted that this is what I was get paid to do. Migraine wise I find being able to choose my own hours is something my health exceeds at/agrees with. In my own home my pets top priority. I have 2 pets, They are my Dudes. I talk with them. I let them know throughout the day what's going on. I reassure them when they're anxious, I engage in play, cuddle time, pets and or both. They are my little friends. At your home, I would treat it as if I was a guest and as for your pets I would treat them how I treat them in my own home. And I treat your pet like the star of the show.

About: I have taken care of not only my dog but have friends who relied on me to feed and to walk their dog(s) as well. I'm currently in school but I am able to help out during evenings throughout the week. I am also free on Friday mornings as well. I can help feed the pets if I'm needed. I can walk them around the neighborhood, dog parks if that's ok, or even go on hikes.

About: Thank you for checking out our profile. We are local to Tahoe year-round and enjoy helping to care for your pets whether you're here for just the weekend or year-round. We generally have flexible schedules that allow for for walks or visits during the day or in the evenings. If its a day walking, we will be walking in your neighborhood. We would love to have more pets of our own but currently have one female cat as it's all our lease allows. Our current lease doesn't allow for us to host other pets (although we'd love to if allowed), but we're happy to come to you place to babysit. Whether it be going for a walk, playing in the yard, or even several days of check-ins we'd be happy to help. We grew up, especially Shawn, with animals of all types (cats, dogs, horses, hamsters, etc, and even a goat thrown in there). We've had dogs ranging from little pomeranians to english mastiffs. So that being said we're comfortable with all types of pets, big and small. We look forward to meeting your fur baby and happy to assist with making your busy schedule a little easier. Shawn and Brittany

About: Animals have been my passion since childhood, and from a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to working with and helping them. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in kennel and boarding facilities for cats and dogs, volunteered at a horse boarding facility, and worked at the Humane Society. For the past seven years, I’ve been part of the veterinary field as a veterinary receptionist and assistant. My goal has always been to ensure that every animal in my care feels safe, happy, and loved, and that their owners leave with peace of mind, knowing I’ve made a positive difference in their pet’s life. Having a somewhat flexible schedule allows me to devote sufficient time to supporting you and your pet, enabling travel of up to 50 miles as needed, which also facilitates quality time with your companion. I enjoy collaborating with owners to establish a mutually convenient schedule. In my experience, maintaining a familiar environment, such as the pet's own home and routine, is crucial for minimizing stress and maximizing comfort. To ensure seamless care, I prefer to conduct in-depth consultations with owners to discuss their pets' daily habits, and other essential details. My ultimate objective is to provide top-notch care, ensuring your pet's comfort and happiness while you are away.
