I am a retired K9 Officer from the City of Frederick. I was the assistant trainer on the unit until I retired in 2019. I have been training dogs professionally since then. I am familiar with the care and needs of every type of dog, from puppy to senior. About: I was a professional pet photographer for many years, and I have worked at a luxury pet resort. I started accepting Rover bookings in June of 2025. I am available for overnight stays and multi-night stays. I am available on holidays. I will travel out of my area for an additional fee. I will stay with your pets in your home, where they are most comfortable. If they are used to cuddling on the couch with you while you watch television, I will do that. If they are used to being outside a lot, I will take them out (weather permitting of course).

About: I've been surrounded by furry friends my whole life. Chores in my early life included taking care of my childhood cats and dogs. I also have experience raising a litter of pups and caring for senior dogs with special needs. After college, I began raising my own dog, Birdie. My dog and I love adventuring outside in the woods and I am on a mission to visit 12 National Parks with her during her lifetime. Whether it's park romps, creek runs, or nail trims, I'm a pro at keeping dog companions happy and healthy. I'm currently in between jobs, so I have plenty of availability in July, August, and September 2025. I will keep my profile updated with my availablility. I am available for house sitting, as well as early morning (before 8a), midday (11a-1p), or evening (after 4p) visits. Please reach out for scheudling Winter Holiday pet care. My daily routine starts with letting the dog out to use the restroom, then she gets fed, and then I start my day. We walk at least once a day and we try and get to the local park as often as we can (because smells in the neighborhood get boring). My nightly routine consists of letting the dog out one more time (just in case), then brushing my teeth and tucking myself into bed beside the dog, who usually gets her own pillow. Boarding services can be offered with my current living situation, however, two cats will be present (both have lived with dogs their whole life), along with my dog (she is quite friendly and loves to play keep-away with other furry friends). The yard is large and unfenced with a huge amount of woods out back. There is an outdoor kennel with a doghouse. My dog hates it but yours might like it. I have plenty of experience walking two dogs at once, so no problem taking Birdie and your dog on a walk together.

About: Started caring for pets since I was 10. Mostly dogs and cats along with some awesome rabbits. Neighbors, friends and family relied on me to walk, feed, play, administer medicine, clean liter boxes and give good lovin' to their beloved pets ! Lots of experience staying with pets in their home (sometimes for several weeks at a time) or coming to their home several times days for care. Realized that I was born with a natural rapport with animals. Grateful for this ability and nurtured these skills all my life. I'm currently applying for full-time work, so I'll have plenty of time (flexible hours) to love-up on your dearest dogs with walks, play and treats. Of course, belly rubs are included! Haven't had my own pet in awhile, but lived with housemates who have wonderful animal spirits (dogs, cats and bunnies) to brighten their lives and mine. When I've lived with pets, always check they have plenty of clean water and food and, depending on how they are housed, make sure they are safe in their crates or curled up in their favorite spots before I leave. Always make sure that I know where list of emergency contacts and vet info is located.

About: I have watched multiple types of dogs including: shih tzu, Yorkies, Pomeranian, lab, poodles, redbones, border collie, boxers, pit bulls, jack Russells, and Chihuahuas. I have bathed, cut hair/ nails, brushed, and given medicine to many dogs. I have fed, watered, walked, ran, and scratched dogs. I have kept multiple dogs overnight, during the day and in the evening. I have taken dogs to the vet, let them out periodically, and just stopped by to give them some attention also! In the end, I really truly do love all dogs and I just want to give them the love and attention they deserve. I have availability through out most evenings from 4pm - 11pm. I could also do some earlier in the morning for a couple hours with enough notice. Weekends I’m fully free. I can also do overnight and then morning drop offs if needed. Or I could keep them at my house during the day and stop by a few times to let them out (I’m right next door)! I will give them food / water / medicine when directed. I will give them treats when deserved or directed. I will take them on walks, play with them, and let them out periodically to use the bathroom. I will give them lots of cuddles and scratches if that’s something they are interested in!

About: I was raised around dogs my entire life and have always loved taking care of them and playing with them. I currently have 6 dogs and love everyone of them dearly and always spoil them while making sure they’re well behaved. I always help out with animals every day around the house whether it’s feeding, potting or walking my dogs to make sure they’re healthy and cared for. I care for them by making sure they are let out every time I get home and giving them time to use the bathroom or walking them so they can get their energy out.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from Yorkshire terriers to mastiffs. I’ve fed, walked, and entertained dogs most of my life and currently I’m a dog trainer. Currently I’m a dog trainer so I’m required to interact with dogs and learn their behaviors. I love reptiles and small animals, dogs being the most, so pet are is just something that allows me to better myself in that field. My backyard is fenced and I live in a nice area to walk dogs. I’ve studied dog behaviors and body posture so that I can better tend to how they may be feeling during anytime they’re in my care.

About: I've been an animal lover since I can remember. I started caring for animals at a young age since my family always had our own pets and I felt a sense of pride in helping with them. When I got older I got a job at a big chain animal store, in the "Pet Care" department where I gained so much hands on experience and knowledge on the care of the most common pets. About: My animals have always been treated like a member of the family, and are even more spoiled than myself. I will always treat your pet like my own! About: I’ve taken care of cats for a year but I also had a cat growing up. When I did have 2 cats they were my world. I enjoyed every minute when I had them. I’m very passionate about caring for cats. I was working full time at the hospital but I’m free every day Monday-Friday until I get the job that I want but after I get that job I’m still available I don’t have a fenced back yard but my neighbor is a pet friendly environment. I’m near a park that is safe for animals as well.
