Our pup is on a set feeding schedule and is left out of her crate pretty much 24-7. Our back door has a screen door that allows for easy access to the back yard. I have a fenced in backyard and our back door screen acts as a doggy door. Our six year old Beagle is friendly and will provide a companion for your pup. We can easily crate your dog upon request.

About: I’m a local dog groomer, part time. I have my own little hobby farm, where I have dogs, cats, birds, arctic foxes, horses, goats, pigs, and fish! I’ve fostered multiple orphaned animals as young as 24 hours old. I’ve cared for wild animal orphans until they could get to a rehab. I’ve cared for snakes, lizards, chinchillas, hedgehogs, ferrets, etc. I’ve bottle fed, given injections, and even have given IV fluids to my pets at vet direction. So, animal experience is putting it lightly! I house sit for friends and family frequently, and am looking to expand my services. My oldest pup is a super senior sheltie who needs a little extra love to stay comfortable. I also have a Pyrenees mix with severe storm anxiety that requires medication, so I’m familiar with what that entails. All of my dogs get a kibble diet paired with different supplements based on their individual needs, so I have no problem feeding more complicated diets as instructed. My foxes are primarily raw, and I’ve taken classes on pet nutrition. I’m currently training my red lab pup to be a cardiac alert service prospect, and have gone through maple creek training for obedience and socialization work. I’m constantly studying new techniques and ways to work with animals to keep them healthy and well rounded! I just dropped down to part time at my current job, and will be working remotely outside of then. So, my schedule is much more open than it used to be. It allows me to spend more time at home with pets, walking, feeding, and all other care. I DO have to be able to leave for a few hours a day to do some chores (grocery shop, doctors appointments, and animal care as needed). I’m comfortable walking or supervising your dog in a fenced yard, to potty. I can give medications and supplements as directed, to help keep your pet comfortable. If it’s a breed that requires brushing and maintaining while you’re gone? I’m comfortable doing it to prevent matting. Having so many different breeds dogs and cats of my own, under my belt, and having worked with so many others? I’m pretty comfortable with all pets. I’m working on receiving pet CPR classes, as well!

I am currently taking a semester off from Grand Valley State University so my weeks are very open to staying with your pets all day if needed!! About: I have been dogsitting for family and friends for 10 years. I work full time as a veterinary technician/Veterinary nurse. I love animals big and small. I will be working three 12 hour shifts, so I will have 4 days off each week. The days that I work will change from week to week. So just get a hold of me and we can work something out schedule wise. I have dogsat in the past. Some have had 1 dog to 5 dogs. I have watched dogs, cats, squirrels, chinchillas, and rabbits. I have a corgi, his name is Nugget and he is 3 years old. He gets along great with other dogs. So if your dog loves the company of other dogs, nugget could join in on the walks as well! I work three 12's but I am available Mondays, Thursday- Saturday! I do have a second job on the weekends and my own pets. So I would need to work around those priorities as well! I do not offer pet sitting in my own home but a clients home is perfectly fine! I do require meeting you and your pets prior to staying and require any behavior or aggression issues to be known.

About: I have had experience with pets ever since I was little. I am a huge animal lover. I have a dog of my own who is two and he is a yellow lab. I couldn’t imagine life without him. About: I have always had an animal in my life since the day I was born. My family had gotten a dog a year before I was born and had grown up with her until she passed away when I was in high school. Not only did I help take care of her by taking her on walks and feeding her, I also had a guinea pig, another family pet, our cat Fiona, and my siblings animals throughout my time growing up. My love of animals has come through how I was raised because my household was always filled with some form of furry animal. This ranged from my cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and even goats at one point. I got my first dog my freshman year of high school after our family dog passed and took on the whole responsibility by myself. I have taken care of three dogs at once and this included bathroom breaks, walks, being fed two-three times per day, lots of cuddles, ensuring they always had a full water bowl, and even administering medication for one of the dogs. I am now a proud owner of a golden retriever puppy, miniature English bulldog, and my cat Eskimo. I also dog sit every now and then for one of my friends who also has a golden retriever, and our dogs love going on hikes through the woods together, along with going on swimming adventures this summer! I am currently a full-time grad student at UofM-Flint. I have breaks throughout my schedule that would allow me to care for your animals in anyway needed during the day to help maintain their normal routine! I am a very reliable and respectable individual and will not do anything with your pet unless permission has been asked/given. If there are certain rules or requests for the job, I will follow them accordingly and respect whatever you ask for the time I help take care of your pets. During my time with them, I will treat them as I would hope someone watching my pets would with all the love and attention they deserve.

About: I have always had dogs growing up. I also have an eight year background in animal care. I started out as a teenager at pet supplies plus where I was a cashier, then I moved onto petco where I was a guest advisor leader on duty for three years, I wanted more experience working with dogs and cats so I got a job working for michigan humane the animal rescue. I spent the last three years workjng for the organization where I learned to care for cats, dogs, small animals, live stock animals and horses. I love animals of all kinds! I am now focusing on earning my degree so I started to work for Rover so my work life can be more flexible. I am also employed part time at Happy Tails Learning Center for Dogs.
