“Liceth was able to watch Milo last minute for Doggy Day Care and he loved it! She sent videos of him playing, and he was nice and tired when I picked him up after 12 hours. Happy Milo means happy dog mom!”

About: Looking for a calm, loving place where your dog will be treated like family? You've found it! I know how hard it can be to leave your furry best friend, so my goal is to make their stay feel as comfortable, safe, and stress-free as possible. Whether you need doggy daycare for a few hours, overnight boarding, or care for a long weekend, your pup will receive plenty of one-on-one attention in a peaceful home. One of the biggest perks? I don't currently have a dog of my own, so your pup gets my full attention without having to compete with other resident dogs. I work from home full-time, so they'll have companionship throughout the day, regular potty breaks, playtime, belly rubs, and lots of love. My home is set up with dogs in mind, including a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. Every dog has their own routine, and I'm happy to accommodate it. If your pup is crate-trained, I'm happy to continue that routine. If they prefer to free roam, they're welcome to make themselves at home. I have a naturally quiet household—no loud music or constant commotion—making it an ideal environment for dogs who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Whether your dog loves to play, snuggle on the couch, or simply nap in a cozy spot, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have two cats who live upstairs in their own separate area and do not interact with boarding dogs, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space comfortably. I know you're trusting someone with a member of your family, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'll treat your pup with the same patience, affection, and care I'd want for my own pet, while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. “I had such a great experience with Lydianis! She watched my dog overnight and took amazing care of him. She kept me updated the whole time with photos, which gave me real peace of mind. She made sure he felt comfortable, safe, and right at home. You can truly tell she cares and goes above and beyond. On top of that, she even helped me find him a new home because of my situation, and she found him the most amazing family. That meant everything to me. She doesn’t treat pets like “just dogs” she treats them with real love and compassion. I truly trust her with any of my pets and would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid. Everything from turtles, fish, hamsters, to cats and dogs. I’m currently a stay at home mom with a 5.5 and 3 year old. All of us love animals, especially dogs. We would be honored to care for your fur babies while you are away! I’m a stay at home mom and my husband works from home. Between the two of us, someone is usually here. Sometimes I have errands to run but I’m not ever gone more than 2-3 hours max. I do not have a fenced in yard but am happy to walk your dog as often as needed. We have a very dog friendly neighborhood and it’s quiet. We are open to using a crate or don’t have to- whatever is the owners preference.
“Lovely woman who welcomed my puppy into her home! She was understanding of the curiosity of a puppy which I appreciated. She expressed genuine care and I was so grateful for her availability.”

“I can’t say enough good things. Thoughtful, kind and gentle and so easy to leave my pet with these lovely people. I am so grateful for their animal love and easy manners. Made my experience wonderful. Thank you!”

“Emily is great with the pups. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets while away. I am so happy to have found her through Rover! Thanks.”

“We are so grateful to Michael and Perla for providing such wonderful care during our pup’s first two days of doggy daycare. As a first-time dog owner without family nearby, I was feeling quite anxious, but Michael reassured me every step of the way and kept me updated. His care and communication gave me such peace of mind. I’ve already noticed positive changes—our pup now plays more confidently and independently in the garden. We’re truly looking forward to many more daycare and boarding stays in the months ahead. There’s simply no better family to trust with your dog’s care!”

“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! At this point, I feel comfortable with Megan and her ability to care for our doggies and would use her service again. She's very professional, cordial and accommodating. She provided quick responses every time I had questions. Thanks!”

About: My husband and absolutely love dogs. We have a loving spacious home for him to run around in. I am always watching my parents or siblings dog and it’s always a blast to do so! My husband and I both work from home, so we’re able to spend a lot of time with our dog throughout the day. We take him on walks totaling at least 2 miles every day and love getting outside with him whenever we can. We also make sure he gets plenty of playtime, attention, and exercise, and we enjoy taking him along with us on walks, errands, and adventures whenever possible. We have a large dog who has his own bedroom with a full-size bed, which he absolutely loves! We also have two dog beds downstairs so he has plenty of comfortable places to relax throughout the house. Our back porch has a long leash where he can safely spend some time outside and enjoy the fresh air. He is no in the crate, but we do have a large crate in the basement available if needed.
“This was our first time using Rover and we are so grateful that we found Katuiscia!! Katuiscia (Kat) cared for our two girls like they were part of her family. She gave them plenty of love and attention during their stay and shared several photos and videos with us throughout the day. Kat also provided us with specific detail about how they spent their day which was above and beyond what we expected. Our Lizzie and Tori had such a great time with Kat, will definitely be returning for more visits!! It really puts us at ease knowing that our girls are in great hands. Thank you, Kat!!”

- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
