“This was a repeat trip for us and I really just cannot speak highly of them!!! The care they provide for my dog is just amazing and it is so nice to not have to worry about her while she is away. Keiko has been there twice now and we will be repeat clients for life. Truly cannot speak highly enough about them. To know your dog is safe, loved for, comfortable and taken care of is the best and they provide above and beyond service! Keiko has been a little fearful of other dogs before but they have taken the time to introduce her properly and socialize her when she is staying with them. Again — above and beyond! Your dog will be safe and happy. I couldn’t recommend anyone else.”

“Sam was incredibly patient with Zena! Zena was triggered by the fireworks, Sam communicated everyday with me about helping Zena to regulate her emotions, she helped soothe her, provide Zena with the space she needed to calm down. I appreciate the picture and video and feed back on how to help Zena once we pick her up. Zena was well cared for, had her own clean room to roam in and a large hard to play in all this helped reduce my anxiety about leaving her. Over all Sam was knowledge about dog breeds and understands how to work with strong-willed shibas. Definitely recommend.”

“Maypud is excellent! Our trip was very difficult, and we had unexpected delays with changes in pick up time to be very late at night and even changes to our location for her to drop off. Throughout the all of these challenges and changes, Maypud was lovely, communicated frequently, gave great care to our dog, so courteous and flexible. Honestly she was the best part of our difficult trip. I would 100% recommend her and use her again next time we are in Syracuse.”

“Eden and Gal are a great team providing excellent care and attention to my pup’s needs. This was a first time with them and my pup developed allergy symptoms which they reported to me, followed my directions, took her to her vet, and administered the prescription. In addition the affection and tummy rubs were excellent. Pictures each day showed me how happy and safe my pup was during her nearly week long stay. They even gave me Abbey’s report card listing activities feeding sleeping etc. Great job ladies!”
