LOVED her!!!!”

About: My husband and I both adore animals and have grown up with multiple dogs from a young age. They are a part of the family and we wouldn’t want it any other way. I have also been a pet sitter for friends throughout the years. We are happy to have our own sweet pup now and she would be thrilled to share her home with some new friends! Joey is a mini golden-doodle that has been socialized well with people and dogs of all sizes. We have a very spacious fenced in backyard that is perfect for running laps and fetching favorite toys, as well as a walkable neighborhood for a change of scenery. I am an online graduate student in speech language pathology, and will be at home with them for most of the day so they can roam the house and have multiple breaks outside. We understand the process of finding a trusted pet sitter, and all of the feelings that come a long when leaving them with someone new. We really want to provide a service that will give you peace of mind while you are away. This will include timely communication, daily photo updates, and open conversation about any special care needs for your dog. It is important to us that every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved when they come to visit! We like to arrange a meet and greet prior to your dog’s stay to ensure that it’s a good fit for everyone.

“Ben is one of the best dog sitters Lamby’s met! He was available last minute and even helped us with transport as we only had our RV and finding a pet friendly taxi in town was challenging. Lamb Chop almost wanted to stay with Ben he had such a good day, and he was perfectly tuckered out and content after a fun time.”

About: What truly sets me apart is my commitment to communication. I provide regular updates, photos, and detailed notes after each visit or walk, so you always feel connected to your pet. My background also includes volunteer work at a local animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience handling dogs with special needs and anxiety. You can count on me to treat your pet and home with the same respect and care I’d expect for my own. Reliability, compassion, and peace of mind—that’s what I bring to every visit. Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine. I prioritize creating a consistent and safe environment for every pet in my care, whether that means early morning walks, timely feedings, or engaging play sessions throughout the day. I incorporate time each day to monitor health, behavior, and comfort, ensuring pets feel secure and loved while their owners are away. On a weekly basis, I plan for special outings, grooming (if needed), and ongoing communication with pet owners to provide updates and maintain trust. Caring for animals is more than a job—it’s a responsibility I take seriously, and I structure my schedule to reflect that commitment. I have a fenced in privacy fence back yard! As well as a temperature controlled garage if needed to separate! I have an extra crate if needed as well!

“Kristen and her family were wonderful. Oscar, our dog, has only spend 1 other day away from us, so Kristen suggested a meet and greet prior. Oscar met her family, including her dogs, and we got to see how Oscar would respond. It went well. We schedule a time for Oscar to spend 5-6 hours without us. From the time we dropped him off until we picked him up, Kristen kept us informed and even sent photos of Oscar playing in the yard. He was excited to see us when we picked him up, but didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get into the truck to leave. Kristen will be our go-to sitter from now on.”

About: I’ve always loved Animals! I’ve had a dog since I was 7. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t get along with me. I always felt like they gravitate towards me! I also currently have two dogs, who are my world! I am a stay at home mom, who also works retail part time! With my dogs we play and cuddle whenever I can! I also walk my doggies 3 times a day, depending on the weather! So my schedule is flexible to take care of your fur babies! I will walk your dog as much as I’m instructed or as needed! I do have a large kennel if they have to go in or one isn’t brought from home! As long as you tell me your dogs schedule (if they don’t have one , that is fine!) we should be fine!

About: We have been caring for dogs, cats, donkeys, goats, and pigs for well over 10 years. We have recently moved to Athens and bring with us that experience to offer to you! We have helped birth and raised numerous dogs, numerous cats from birth, to include bottle feeding both dogs and cats. I have worked at horse ranch as well. My wife and I have grown up around and cared for animals all of our life. I currently work full time and I'm home by 5pm, but my wife is a stay at home mother, so someone will always be available for potty breaks, feeding, watering or play time! We are able to do drop in visits, boarding as well as dog sitting! We currently have 4 very friendly dogs that get along great with any animal we have had over or around, so plenty of friends for your pup to play with! We also have a large fenced in yard, and a shop with concrete flooring for shelter if needed.

About: Hi 👋 I’m Victoria! I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine from Mississippi State University in 2019. Then was admitted to Ross University for their veterinary medicine program. I love animals but decided I’d rather own the vet clinic than be the veterinarian so I worked as a vet tech while getting my MBA. I finished my masters in December of 2022 and have plans to start my own animal hospital. I have volunteered with several animal shelters and wildlife rehab centers since 2016. I worked at Animal Tracks Veterinary Hospital from June 2018 until August 2019. I have been trained in dog CPR at Mississippi State University’s school of veterinary medicine. I can do grooming (dogs and cats), with nail trim and ear cleaning for an extra $20 fee. I am able to medicate (oral, injections, creams, etc...). I have closely worked with with diabetic cats, cats with strokes (wobbly cat syndrome), post surgery care, and canine seizures. I can go on long runs, take them to the dog park, or just spend some time cuddling your furry family member. I will send daily pictures or videos of your pet while you’re away as well! I have experience working with domestic animals (large, small, and farm) as well as bobcats, bunnies, squirrels, birds, skunks, opossums, and coyotes. I am currently working on obtaining my wildlife rehabilitator certification. I’d love the chance to come meet your baby! I am currently working full-time for a tech company and am remote. If your fur babies need out in the middle of the day I can accommodate this as ling as I can use the WIFI. I have a cat, and 2 Australian Cattle Dogs who are very friendly. They are welcome to stay with me if they are potty trained and get along well with others.

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for a wide range of breeds, I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels. I’m reliable, patient, and pay close attention to each pet’s routine and comfort. My goal is to make your dog feel secure and loved while you're away—just like you never left. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible daytime schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine, and I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and companionship during most daytime hours Monday through Friday. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, safety and comfort come first. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, needs, and personality to help them feel secure and relaxed. I follow any instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, medication, or favorite walking routes—and make sure they get plenty of attention, play, and rest in a calm, stress-free environment.

About: Whether you're heading out of town or just need someone reliable to care for your furry friend, I’m here to help! I offer compassionate and personalized pet sitting and boarding services designed to keep your pet safe, happy, and loved while you're away. My commitment to animals runs deep—I treat every pet as if they were my own. With open and honest communication, you’ll always know how your pet is doing with regular updates, photos, and messages. I’m happy to stop by for drop-in visits, walk your dog, or offer full boarding for both dogs and cats in my home. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile, I’d love the chance to meet you and your pet. Let’s make sure they’re not just cared for—but genuinely happy while you’re away. My schedule is flexible when it comes to your needs! I can be available morning, afternoon or evening! Just let me know and I’ll be there. When boarding in my home, your pet will enjoy a secure, fenced-in backyard for playtime and fresh air, as well as a cozy environment indoors filled with cuddles, play, and plenty of love. I’m experienced with basic training and especially skilled in helping with potty training. If your pet prefers or needs to be crated, I can absolutely accommodate that too—comfort and safety always come first. When checking on your pet in your home, I am always aware and mindful of how you take care of your pet, whether that be leashing or crating.

“Shane is an incredible pet owner! He's got a heart of gold when it comes to his furry friends. He's got a dog named Kimber that has been part of his life for (10) years. Along with many other animals he has raised through the years.. Shane always makes sure the animals have a cozy home and nutritious meals. Shane is definitely a top-notch pet owner!”

Victoria M.
“Victoria has always been very happy to watch my Chihuahua. Chico & her bonded very well & he would love when she would come for a couple hours a day while I was busy to be watched so he could have company. She is very trustworthy & caring. When we come back home, she always leaves a note or sends a text stating her last visit and wanting us to message her to make sure we are home and Chico is in good condition.. Definitely recommend her!”

Rachel R.
“Debbie Albano for Lauren Lauren’s just been a blessing to me and my dogs. She takes my little Yorkie, Goliath, for walks and gives him all the attention he needs. Before I lost my other three—Gabby, Sampson, and Saban—she helped with them too, even walked my outdoor dogs, which not everybody is willing to do. I work from home, but it’s such a comfort knowing they’re not just cooped up. She’s sweet, dependable, and you can tell she truly cares. I don’t know what I’d do without her.”

Alex W.

“We flew in for a wedding and had Alex watch our dog very last minute, she was exceptional and very responsive! She sent pictures and kept us updated on our sweet Belle every day! We had full confidence that belle was having a great time with Alex. We will use her again if we are ever in town again.”
