About: I have had animals all my life. We currently have our own little 10 acre hobby farm type deal going on and it’s a blast. We have walking trails through out our land to go on walks. My daughter and I love all animals and she would love to join me for walks-check in- or over nights when allowed. I’m a stay at home mom with a fairly open schedule. Most of the time my 5 year old would be with me unless it’s her 2 school days this fall. I have a good care and feeding routine at my house with all of our animals. I keep a Very clean and kept up shelters-coops- home.

I have a very flexible schedule and a very dog friendly home. We have one dog in the home sometimes too because I watch my daughter's dog. I’ve been working for rover for over 8 years now and absolutely love meeting and giving love and attention to pets of all kinds. My husband recently moved back to Wisconsin after living in Colorado for the last 7 years. I work from home full time meaning I can help with your pets before, during or after work, as well as weekends I am available to do drop ins throughout the day, dog walks or house sittings at your house. About: I would love the opportunity to care for your pet, as I have 18 years of experience in animal care, training, socializing and grooming. I have worked with puppies and kittens, to large animals such as cattle and horses. I promise to provide emotional support, understanding, lots of playtime/ potty breaks, and a safe, calm environment for your pets. I currently work part time as a caregiver for the elderly. When I have time off, I love to spend it with my dogs and my horses. I plan to have a few days open weekly for pet care as I transition into a full time position for animal caretaking. Pets in my home have free range for activities, allowing them to express themselves at all times. Pets in my care will never be crated unless stated by the owner. I will abide by feeding times and rules set by owner, and will contact owner with questions or concerns. I will always maintain a safe and uplifting environment for pets, that includes lots of cuddles and free range on couches if that is a safe space for them. I am flexible with requests or special cares.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to relax around the house with my own dog, and we enjoy daily walks, playtime, and the occasional hike or dog park visit—if your pet is comfortable with that. When I’m away from home, your dog may be kenneled for safety, but they’ll always get 4–5 potty breaks and plenty of attention throughout the day. With experience as a veterinary assistant, I’m confident handling pets safely and making them feel comfortable in a home environment.

I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your dog, and I’m here to give them the attention, care, and exercise they need while you’re away. Whether your dog loves a long, brisk walk or prefers a slower, sniff-filled stroll, I’ll adjust to whatever makes them happiest. Their safety, comfort, and happiness always come first with me, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own. Regular walks do more than just burn energy — they help dogs stay healthy, ease anxiety, and keep them mentally sharp. Plus, it gives them a chance to explore, smell new things, and just enjoy being a dog. I’d love to meet you and your pup and be a part of their daily routine! I do a lot of running and trail running so if you have an active dog, we could have a lot of fun. But I also enjoy slow paced walks and just enjoying the environment. As I have had inside/outside dogs most of my life, I will always contain pets into the areas that are available for them but not a caged containment unless needed.

I am retired and an empty nester so I have plenty of time during the week and on weekends to shower your pet with love and attention. I have an unfenced yard but I love to go for long walks. If your pet likes the water I’m happy to take them for a bit of a swim if the weather is nice.
