Rachael was very accommodating and it was very obvious to me that Bentley was well taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her service. My dog is usually very “barky” towards people he doesn’t know, and he didn’t even make a peep upon his first time meeting Jillian, so that right there will tell you that he got a good vibe from her right away. She’s very good with communicating, sending updates, as well as pictures, and making sure you’re comfortable so you’ll know your dog is ok. 1000% will recommend!”

“Penny had such a good time with Elliot and Dominique! We were and they were perfect for Penny. We were a bit apprehensive, since this was the first time we had left our 8-month-old puppy at someone else's house, but we were impressed with their set-up when they invited us to check them out, and they were perfect for Penny! We got an update and pictures on Rover every day (they even realized that she'd never seen snow before and sent a photo of her the day Rochester got its first snow of the year). All-in-all a great experience and we have already booked another stay!”

“Absolutely fantastic. We have a 145 lbs one year old puppy who is a sweety but also has no idea how big he is sometimes. He also can be a bit anxious as well when we are not around. Needless to say he can be a lot to handle. Knowing this we wanted to ensure we found the right place for him. Ally right away was communicative and understanding of our concerns. She made to time for not one but two meet and greets before our trip to acclimate him to her home and pooch. She sent a steady stream of photos during our vacation to keep us in the loop. We definitely highly recommend her to anyone!”

I was a bit worried because my dog can be reactive to other dogs when on a leash, but Ahona handled her beautifully. She sent lots of pictures and I could see that my pup was having a great time. Their house is setup for dogs and they are both laid back and do not get flustered. I truly believe that they treated Fritz as well as we do at our home and couldn't be happier to have met them. “Debbie is fantastic! We loved getting photos every day. I have said leaving our Kona is in a way harder than leaving our son when he was small. I giggled when her profile mentioned her being a grandma sitter for your dog. She is so loving and kind. We have recieved pictures of Kona snuggled on the couch with her and with her toys spread out on the floor. Kona took to her immediately the first time they met and immediately responded when asked to "come". We had Kona stay with her overnight as a test in Sept and all went well. The bonus was when we brought her back for the 4 night stay she immediately went to Debbie with kisses and tail wagging. That was the true test to me! Thank you Debbie for giving our Kona love and care while we were away.”
