About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life so I would love to help your pets feel comfortable and cared for while you’re out of town this summer. I started doing in home pet sitting for family in my teens and extended to family friends in my 20s. To date my most stressful stay has been handling emergency vet care for a dog who suddenly presented Lymes disease while his parents were out of the county. When the owner returned I had a urine sample ready to drop off and they only needed to settle their bill and continue his care. I have a natural caregiving personality and my full time work involves working with disabled individuals since I was 20. I work for the school district so during the summer I will only be working half days. Because of this I will have afternoons free to help care for your pets! Pet sitting in your home I will try to keep your pets schedule the same as when you are home as much as possible. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
