About: I grew up on a 100-acre farm and have spent my entire life caring for animals of all kinds. My experience includes both everyday and medical care for livestock and household pets, giving me a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and individual needs. I have implemented treat based training as well as clicker training with my own pet. Over the years, my family bred and raised both small and large dog breeds, ranging from Beagles to Great Pyrenees. This hands-on experience has given me confidence working with animals of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels — from high-energy working dogs to elderly and disabled pets requiring extra patience and specialized care. Animal care has always been a true passion of mine. I believe animals are a gift to everyone they meet, and I am committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and attentive care to every pet as if they were my own. Pet care is my full-time profession, allowing me to provide reliable, flexible, and attentive care for every animal I work with. I also attend school virtually while completing my degree in therapy, which gives me the ability to maintain a consistent schedule dedicated to pet care. My long-term goal is to open a therapy practice incorporating equine-assisted therapy to help support and heal others through the connection between humans and animals. I prioritize providing care in my clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable and able to maintain their normal routines and environment. I believe staying in a familiar space helps reduce stress and anxiety while allowing pets to feel safe and secure. I take the time to follow each owner’s care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication administration, and any special needs. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care while treating both your pets and your home with the highest level of respect and professionalism.

About: Hi!! I have assisted family and friends with their fur babies since i was old enough to drive and it has always been my favorite thing to do! I love making sure our little friends are fed, watered, played with, loved, and overall taken care of, as they deserve. I am a stay at home mom, so I am almost always free! Because my son loves dogs and cats, I felt this was the perfect thing for me to do! Day to day pet schedules will always vary depending on what your specific pet needs, but food and outside time are very important. I offer walks, going to dog parks, or just staying in the yard! Whatever your pet needs, they will have and, no matter what, there will always be lots of fun!

About: I come from a home who owed/bred dogs. I’ve always had a pet. I’ve dealt with puppies, kittens, raccoons, birds, iguanas, and fish. I do crate train as that’s what we do with our own puppies. We provide a safe home for your fur babies, with lots of love and play. I already care for my one fur baby. We have a routine we like to follow, it helps with the pets and children in the home. I have a fenced in yard and generally crate train in my home. We have a routine for walks, feeding, and playtime.... lots of playtime.

About: My love for animals began as early as I can remember. I have always had a deep reverence for all life around me. I'm currently a student at UNA studying environmental science and sustainability. I hope to one day have my own farm. I've had a wide variety of pets over the years; gerbils, Guinea pigs, a box turtle, and many of my friends growing up had dogs as well. My first true animal companion was our family dog, Logan, who was a rescued Golden Retriever/ German Shepard mix. He passed away at age 15 when I was 13 on Christmas morning (no joke- of all days..). My family took a long time to get another dog because we felt that no dog could ever top Logan. My parents did get another dog since, a rambunctious and loving beagle mix named Molly. I have also had an orange tabby cat named Señor Platáno of which whom I allowed to be indoor and outdoor while I went to school at Kent State University, but he was tragically hit by a car. To this day I still think of him more as a dog the way we were so close. I haven’t been in the right place financially to have a dog of my own but at my most recent job I was able to interact with dogs on a daily basis and it always made my day. I decided to sign up for Rover because I am currently unemployed and enrolled at UNA so I thought what better way to earn some side money than to become a dog walker/sitter. I look forward to meeting as many furry friends as I can and I will truly cherish every encounter I am fortunate enough to have. Thank you. I am currently unemployed so my schedule is practically wide open. I will be resuming my education at UNA in the Fall, but all of my classes will be online so my schedule shouldn't change much. I live in Florence and I like to stay local with my hobbies so I’m not usually ever far from the Shoals area. Dog and cat care will fit well with my schedule. Pet care at a clients home will always be carried out with honor and reverence towards the clients, their home and their pets. I was a boyscout growing up and my loving parents taught me well to respect people and animals so when I leave a home I will leave it in the same condition or better than when I arrived. Your pet will get my undivided attention and care as I will treat them like I would my own, with love and respect.

About: I am an owner of two Jack Russell Terriers who make my life incredibly entertaining. Both of them are rescue pets. The relationship I've built with them has introduced me to a whole new part of myself. I love to dote on others' fur babies as well. I'm a professional musician who does this as a way of supplementing my income, so my schedule is *usually* accommodating to almost any pet owner's needs. I prefer to do drop ins and some house sitting. I don't typically want to bring my own pups along with me until I know your dog's temperament. Even then, it is rare. They are beginning to show that they’re senior pups. If you think I'll fit your needs, don't hesitate to call. I'f I'm available, your pups will be well cared for and smothered with affection.

About: We've lived on a farm most of my life and we've had animals all my life. I currently have 2 pups of my own. A 11 year old English Shepherd Mix (Kai) and a 7 year old Miniature Long-Haired Dachshund (Riley). I lost my childhood dog Max (a Border Collie mix) from old age when he was 16.... I have trained all my dogs and not just the average leashing and commands but tricks too! I have also always done all the bathing, grooming and trimming nails. I absolutely adore dogs. I am hoping to turn this into a full time job. But am willing to start out with what I can get while doing a part time job. I will always try to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of, safe, comfortable and happy. So, there will be no need to worry.

I’m currently working from home- meaning I can be at your house 24/7 to care for your animals! I have a flexible job so walks, medications, and love and attention to your pet with be my priority! When staying in clients homes, I assure the animals stick to the schedules created by their parents! It’s important to me to keep the whole house running while my client is traveling- mail, trash, lawn services, etc. can all continue like normal with me there to keep things running smoothly! I also beleive it’s my job to leave a home “better than I found it” so you can return home with no extra chores from my stay!

About: I have owned and cared for dogs most of my life! I currently own two giant babies (German Shepard) and can handle everything in between! Some days or weeks, your best friend just needs some extra love and attention. I have experience volunteering at animal shelters and caring for animals of various sizes and personalities! About: I have been able to care for dogs from their whelping to their old age and death. I have cared for dogs with hip dysplasia, diabetes, and emotional disorders. I worked at a local animal shelter providing for the grooming, health, and play needs of local dogs. I am not currently working (I am studying for my NCLEX), and have loads of free time to look after and play with your smaller and furrier family members. Building trust is essential when working with animals, and I like to prioritize becoming familiar with the pet. Once that trust is established, I can better ensure the safety, health, and happiness of the animal. Dogs are incredibly smart and understand words and your tone of voice, both of which I am mindful of when interacting to maintain a productive relationship.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and small animals since I was 6 years old. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, water, and take care of their pets on many occasions! I have a very flexible schedule rand can work with any pets. I do have 5 dogs me and my boyfriend own. They have a schedule of feedings and potty breaks but basically they just play all the time. They are all VERY playful and super friendly. I mostly would prefer to care for animals in my own home as I can do my daily tasks as well as keep your companions happy. I am more than happy to care for them in yours I just cannot stay nights. I have a big back yard so they can get lots of exercise and play time! If needed I can also separate my own animals from yours with no problem at all.

About: I've had dogs and cats and taken care of dogs and cat all my life. I've had experience with puppies, Rottweilers, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Blue Heelers, Herding breeds, and small and medium sized mixed, rescue dogs. I also have a baby of my own, his name is TikoMan, and he is an energetic, loving border collie. Tiko is very smart and knows all kinds of tricks that I taught him, he is a picky eater, gets lots of cuddles, loves to run and play, and goes on all the trips we take. He loves the water! I have experience teaching puppies tricks, dealing with multiple dogs and cats at a time, understanding their overall needs (based on breed differences as well), and handling senior dogs and cats that may need additional care needs, medications, and assistance. I'm currently looking for full-time pet care for your needs - available at any time! I have a 3 bedroom home with an acre worth of yard if you need me to sit in my home. I can walk your pets, sit in your home for you to make your pet(s) most comfortable, and adhere to any feeding schedules, play, cleaning, and other needs to keep them happy! I have a big home and yard (it is unfenced but your dog will be okay if able to be off leash, or I can make sure he/she is leashed for peace of mind. I will adhere to any feeding, walking, and other needs per requested schedules, and am available to come to your home if preferred as I understand many would like to watch cameras and make sure all is well with your fur baby!
